本発明は可変抵抗器の端子等の加工に用いられる金属板

従来例の構成とその問題点
従来、可変抵抗器を構成する金属材料から万る端子等の
曲げ加工においては、第1図に示すように曲げの内側半
径Rは一般的に金属板1の厚み分は必要とされ、特にば
ね用シん青銅、洋白等では、材料厚みの1.5〜3倍の
Rが必要である。一方近年、構成部品の小形化、高精度
化さらには高密度化の要求が高まる中で、曲げ加工の半
径Rをより2 ゛
小さくすることが望まれており、コスト合理化のために
金属板状部品(例えば端子等)のフープ加工が一般化し
ているが、材料取りのために第1図のようにロール目2
方向と曲げ方向を一致せざるを得ない場合が生じてきた
。このような場合、曲げの半径Riあまり小さくすると
曲げ個所にクラックが発生したり、曲げ加工部分が脆弱

とした金桐板の曲げ加工法を提供することを目的とする

発明の構成

位置にそのセンターをもつ適宜な寸法の孔を設けて曲げ
加工することにより、3ベー−−゛
曲げ加工の曲げ半径を小さくすることを可能にしたもの

ン人で曲げ加工するようにしている。このようにして曲
げ加工のセンターライン人で金属板1を曲げ加工するこ
とにより、第3図に示すように曲げ付近のロール目2方

発明の効果
以上のように本発明の金属板の曲げ加工法は構成されて
いるものであり、曲げ加工のセンターラインに対し若干
ずれた位置にそのセンターラインをもつ適宜な寸法の孔
を設けてロール目方向とほぼ同一方向に曲げ加工するこ
とにより、材料厚みと同等の曲げの内側半径でも充分な
曲げ特性が得られるものであり、構成部品の小形化、高
精度化等の要求が高い電子部品分野においてその実用性
