A supporting pattern is printed using a varnish that acts as a binder, and while it is still wet, gold or silver powder is sprinkled and fixed, and after drying, the unnecessary portions of the gold and silver powder are removed to reveal the pattern. It is something that exists.

The drawback was that it easily caused clogging, making printing difficult. The present invention eliminates such drawbacks, and uses a screen printing method to form a cover coat that is applied to prevent the gold and silver pattern from being damaged by cleaning work and to prevent the pattern from collapsing when transferred from the mount to the transferred object during slide transfer. Everything has been streamlined so that printing can be easily performed without clogging the screen with gold and silver powder when printing or printing with other colors.

On the glue layer 2, there is a 30μ to 50μ ink mound larger than the normal printed pattern (the normal pattern is 15μm).

As clarified in the description of the above embodiments, the method of the present invention is to form a raised support pattern 3 using pigment-mixed ink in large ink mounds, and then sprinkle gold and silver powder to adhere to the support pattern 3. A fixed gold and silver pattern 4 has a three-dimensional raised pattern, and the raised support pattern 3
Even if it is heated to the baking temperature of the gold and silver pattern 4 and burns off the organic content in the ink, the pigment will not be burned out, so it will be baked into the surface of the transfer object in a ridged shape and the gold and silver pattern 4 will also be formed. Fixed by baking.

In addition, the raised support pattern 3 can be made into any color by using pigments mixed with the ceramic ink used to print it, so as it is printed, it is colored with a mixed color that is a mixture of the original bright colors of the gold and silver powder of the gold and silver pattern 4. can be applied to produce, for example, a white-ish gold color, a green-ish silver color, etc., thereby enhancing the color mixing effect. However, the gold and silver powder that adheres to the surface of the raised support pattern and forms the gold and silver pattern 4 has some parts that are unstable in adhesion and fixation, and is peeled off when unnecessary parts are cleaned, causing the pattern 4 to be partially damaged. The printing of the cover coat 6 may cause obscurity or cause clogging due to the eyes of the screen when the cover coat 6 is printed by screen printing means, thereby reducing the strength of the cover coat 6. Since the holding vehicle layer 5 is formed before forming, the gold and silver powder of the gold and silver pattern 4 does not scatter even if the unnecessary part of the gold and silver powder is vigorously cleaned. The amount of collection can be improved, and the gold and silver patterns 4 will not be damaged. Furthermore, the cover coat 6 can be formed accurately by preventing clogging of the screen by the holding vehicle layer 5, and can bring about excellent effects in terms of manufacturing and printing.

の製造法。1 A raised support pattern 3 with a larger ink buildup than a normal printed pattern is printed on a water-soluble glue layer 2 provided on a water-absorbing mount 1 using a pigment-mixed ink having a binder effect, and the pattern 3 is left undried. In between, gold powder is sown to form a gold and silver pattern 4 that covers the raised support pattern 3, and after the gold and silver pattern 4 is dried, a presser vehicle layer 5 is thinly overprinted and further dried.
The method for producing gold and silver plated transfer paper is characterized in that the unadhered gold and silver powder in unnecessary parts is then swept away and a pattern-supporting cover coat 6 is applied.
