  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 建物Ａの外壁１に設けられた略方形状開口Ｂの下辺部に
    取付基板３を固定し、該取付基板３上に窓ユニットＥを
    載置して、前記開口Ｂ内に窓ユニットＥを配設してなり
    、 該窓ユニットＥの下部には、この窓ユニットＥに取付け
    られた取付基部２５と調整部材２６とからなる調整具２
    ３を前記取付基板３に対応した位置に取付けると共に、
    該調整具２３により窓ユニットＥの建材調整を自在とな
    し、かつこの調整具２３は前記取付基板３に固定可能と
    してなることを特徴説する建物開口に対する窓ユニット
    のアンカー装置。
