Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）水晶、圧電セラミック等の圧電素子と金属薄板と
    を貼り合わせて構成された圧電振動子において、前記金
    属薄板の周辺部の一部分に副共振抑制用切欠部を設け、
    該副共振抑制用切欠部の近傍にリード線を接続したこと
    を特徴とする圧電振動子。
  2. （２）前記副共振抑制用切欠部が共振周波数微調整用部
    分を有している実用新案登録請求の範囲１項記載の圧電
    振動子。
  3. （３）前記副共振抑制用切欠部は、前記金属薄板の中心
    と前記リード線接続点とを通る直線が前記金属薄板周辺
    部と交わる位置に設けられている実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の圧電振動子。
