るモノクロル酢酸の如き固形物等を収納すると、その収
納袋を堆積した場合の荷重応力と強酸の作用とが熱融着
部に加わって袋の搬送、保管どきなどに熱融着部が剥離
又は破断現象を生じ収納物が漏出する等輸送袋として安
全を期し難いものであった。
