のが多い。又、吹込口側の底隅角部の内層筒状体
には吹込口を形成する突出部と同一寸法の欠損部
が形成され内外2層袋の袋であつても、この欠損
部の部分は外層紙一層分丈で強度を保持している
ものにすぎないものである。従つて、この欠損部
の部分は著しく強度が弱く破袋の原因となるもの
が多い。従つて従来、この欠損部には別途に設け
た補強材を介在させ強度を保持するなどの手段を
取つている。従つて、余分な副資材を必要とする
とともに生産能率を著しく低下するなどの欠陥が
あつた。本考案は、従来のこれらの問題に鑑み開
発された全く新規な技術に関するものである。

れる欠損部を両側の襞部と共に補強材を介在させ
て補強する為、襞部及び欠損部を一度で効率よく
補強できると共に生産効率を高めることとなる。
又、従来広く用いられているこの種の形態の袋
は、吹込口の構成に当り、この袋の特徴である階
段切断切りの性格上吹込口の不還弁は階段的に短
く構成されるものであるのに比し、本考案の重包
装袋の吹込口の形成は内層筒状体の突出部6の部
分を外層筒状体の重合してる部分と同時に内方に
折込むものである為、不還弁は内方に長く突出さ
れ、完全な不還弁効果を有する。従つて、吹込口
からの収納物の漏れを完全に防止する。又従来広
く用いられている袋は底部形成の内層筒状体の折
曲片の隅角部には突出部の大きさと同一の欠損部
が形成され外層筒状体の外層紙一層のみで保持し
ている状態なので、内容物の圧力が直接、荷重と
してこの欠損部に加わるため、破裂を起す原因と
なる。従つて、この欠損部のみを補強させる為、
矩形状の補強片を別途に設けておき、その矩形状
の補強片により欠損部を補強させていたが、本考
案では別途に補強片を設ける必要がなく、襞部を
形成する内外紙層間に襞部及び下折曲片との長さ
に相当する長さの補強材を製袋作業中に貼合せれ
ばよく、非常に便利である。又、従来の製袋作業
では内層筒状体の吹込口の構成に当つては第3図
の斜線で示す部分Aを切落してロスとし、非常に
不経済であつたが、本考案ではこの部分Aのロス
を発生させることが全くなく生産効率を高めるこ
とになる。
