Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a laminated bag mainly used for packaging powders such as pet food and other feeds, sugars, and chemical raw materials, and more specifically, cheaply and simply laminating laminated sheets. Thus, the present invention relates to a laminated bag that can be formed into a cylindrical body and that has sufficient strength to accommodate the contents.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, it is used for packaging pet foods, sugar, chemicals and other raw materials for powder, using paper as a basic material and combining plastics depending on the application or type of contents, and it is excellent in moisture resistance and necessary. Various types of laminated bags with various strengths have been developed and are widely distributed. These laminated bags have been variously improved to meet the demands of the times. For example, as a laminated bag for pet food packaging, there is a laminated bag in which a plastic film is laminated on paper to form a cylindrical body, and its opening is closed to form a bag. In order to make the sticking strength sufficient, the sewing machine was sewn, or more sticking was required than necessary. Moreover, although there exist some which close the opening part by a sewing machine, since the piece of the thread | yarn sewn on the sewing machine mixes in pet food at the time of opening, the improvement is desired.
[0003]
In order to solve the problems of the prior art, the present inventors can obtain a sufficient body sticking strength even if the amount of use of the laminated sheet is small, and the operator's fingers are used when opening the bag. A laminated bag that does not damage the end face of the paper has been developed and has already been granted a patent as Japanese Patent No. 3234761 (referred to as a prior patent).
[0004]
The laminated bag of the above-mentioned prior patent is “a bag composed of a laminated sheet in which the inner layer is made of paper and the outer layer is made of a plastic film, and the inner layer is formed by extending one end of the paper from one end of the plastic film. A paper bonding part, the outer layer extends the other side edge of the plastic film from the other side edge of the paper to form a cylindrical body as the film bonding part, and the film bonding part of the plastic film When the one side end is bonded, the outer end of the film bonding portion that becomes the outer side is bonded together, and one end of the cylindrical body is closed as the bottom, and the other end is opened. A laminated bag characterized by having a closed portion "is a requirement.
[0005]
In pursuit of the above-mentioned prior patents from the manufacturing process, price and usage, the inventors have simplified the manufacturing process and reduced cost in the range that the strength of the laminated bag can withstand the contents storage. As a result of a further experiment in search of a configuration capable of achieving the desired structure, the cylindrical body in the prior patent was stuck to the inner layer (paper) only, and the outer layer plastic film was not particularly bonded to the laminated bag. Knows that it can maintain the strength to withstand the contents storage, and can halve the body pasting process that was performed on both the inner and outer layers. As a result, the present invention has been completed. In other words, an object of the present invention is to provide a laminated bag that can be formed into a cylindrical body by stacking a laminated sheet inexpensively and easily, and that has sufficient strength to store the contents. is there.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The laminated bag of the present invention has been proposed to solve the above-described problems, and is characterized by having the following configuration.
That is, according to the present invention, the inner layer is composed of a laminated sheet cylindrical body made of paper and the outer layer is made of a plastic film, with one end of the cylindrical body closed as a bottom and the other end closed for opening. The laminated bag is a laminated bag, and the laminated sheet side end is joined by extending the inner edge of the laminated sheet located on the inner surface of the laminated bag from the side edge of the plastic film. And the lamination bag characterized by performing only with the inner layer located in the outer surface of a lamination bag is provided.
[0007]
Moreover, according to this invention, the said laminated bag by which the side edge of the outer surface of the said laminated bag is comprised by the inner layer and outer layer of the same length is provided.
[0008]
Moreover, according to this invention, the said laminated bag by which the outer layer is comprised in the extended state from the inner layer at the side edge of the outer surface of the said laminated bag is provided.
[0009]
According to the present invention, the laminated bag has gusset portions on both side ends, the bottom portion and / or the opening closing portion is closed by bending once, and the cut tape is bonded and integrated from above. There is provided the above laminated bag which is covered and sealed with over tape.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
1 is a perspective view of a laminated bag showing an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a sectional view showing a laminated sheet, FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 1, and FIG. It is an expanded sectional view. In the figure, 1 indicates a laminated bag, and this laminated bag 1 is formed by forming a laminated sheet 6 made of paper 2 and a plastic film 3 into a cylindrical body. The laminated sheet 6 does not necessarily have to be bonded to the entire surface of the paper and the plastic film, and can be laminated by using an adhesive and any bonding means such as a linear shape, a spot shape, or a lattice shape. The laminated sheet 6 is formed as a paper bonding portion 4 by extending one end portion 2a of the paper (inner layer) 2 from one end portion 3a of the plastic film 3 (outer layer). In manufacturing the cylindrical body, the paper bonding part 4 is cylinder-bonded by the adhesive 11 and the vicinity of the other end 2b of the inner layer of the laminated sheet.
[0011]
One end (2b, 3b) of the laminated sheet 6 may be cut at the joint 12 but is formed on the outer surface of the cylindrical body in a state of being slightly extended so that the joint 12 is hidden. Is desirable. The end portions 2b (paper) and 3b (plastic film) of the laminated sheet 6 may have the same end face as shown in FIG. 2 (a), but are shown in FIGS. 2 (b), 4 and 5. Thus, it is preferable that the end portion 3b of the plastic film as the outer layer is formed in a state of being extended from the end portion 2b of the paper as the inner layer.
[0012]
Since the end portion 3b of the plastic film is formed so as to extend beyond the end portion 2b of the paper, it is possible to prevent the handler of the laminated bag from damaging the fingers with the end portion 2b of the paper. If the end of the laminated sheet is the same end, the operator may injure fingers, but if the contents of the laminated bag are powder or food to be brought into the factory, the workability will be reduced. Therefore, there is a case where the operator has fortified with a gloves or the like in advance, and in such a case, the finger is not damaged at the edge of the paper, so there is no need to consider this point.
Therefore, the structure of the end portion of the laminated bag may be properly used depending on the kind of the items stored in the laminated bag, considering whether the handler is a general consumer or a factory worker.
[0013]
As the paper 2 constituting the laminated sheet 6, kraft paper, kulpack paper or the like is used, and the thickness is generally about 100 ± 20 μm, and the shape and material are not particularly limited. As the plastic film 3, a polyfin film of about 15 to 25 μm is mainly used, but there is no particular limitation on the shape and the material as long as it is usually called a soft film.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 2 (a), when the end portions (2b, 3b) are on the same end face, the laminated sheet 6 may be laminated by extending the paper 2 by a length L. In the case where the other end 3b is formed so as to extend beyond the end 2b of the paper, as shown in FIG. 2B, it is sufficient that 3b extends longer than Lb by L ′. The length of L may be any width that can apply an adhesive necessary for paper-to-paper bonding, and is usually about 20 to 30 mm. The length of L ′ is a finger directly on the edge 2b of the paper. Since it is the length of the plastic film so as not to touch the part, about 3 to 7 mm, preferably about 5 mm is sufficient.
[0015]
This laminated sheet 6 has a paper body 2 inside, and its both end portions are cylinder-bonded to form a cylindrical body 7. At this time, both side end portions in a state in which the cylindrical body 7 is folded are V-shaped inward. The gussets 10 and 10 are preferably formed by folding. The structure of this cylinder pasting is as shown in FIGS. In FIGS. 3 and 4, 3a and 2b are shown apart from each other, but this is only exaggerated for the sake of explanation, and actually 3a and 2b are joined. It is not overlapped, but it is superimposed with almost no gap.
[0016]
At this time, when the end portion 3b of the plastic film is extended beyond the end portion 2b of the paper, the end surface 3b of the plastic film 3 is not adhered and the end surface of the paper 2 is completely removed. Since it is formed as a free end, the softness of the film end face does not damage the fingers.
The paper bonding part 4 of the paper 2 and the papers of the other end part 2a are usually bonded together using an emulsion adhesive 11 suitable for it.
[0017]
In general, the bonding strength between papers can ensure a shear strength of 1.0 kgf / cm or more, while the peel strength is 0.2 kgf / cm or less, and it can withstand the holding of contents by bonding between papers. The obtained strength can be maintained.
[0018]
FIG. 5 shows an application example of the present invention, in which a cylindrical body 14 made of only a single paper 13 is further inserted inside a cylindrical body 7 made of a laminated sheet 6 to form a two-layer bag 15. The two-layer bag 15 has a body-bonded configuration in which the other side end 13b is bonded to the one side end 13a of the single paper 13 by the emulsion adhesive 11 in addition to the above-described lamination of the laminated sheet 6. It is.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 6, the cylindrical body 7 (same as the cylindrical body 14) that has completed the pasting of the cylinders by bonding the papers 2 and the plastic films 3 together has an opening 16 at one end thereof as shown in FIG. 8. The adhesive is closed by bending once at the position of the two-dot chain line shown below, surrounded by the over tape 17 longer than the lateral direction of the cylindrical body 7 and extended from both side ends of the cylindrical body 7. Is sealed and formed into a bag shape (see FIG. 9).
[0020]
A cut tape 18 is bonded and integrated with the over tape 17 along the opening 16 in the over tape 17 on the opening side. The overtape 17 positioned at both ends of the cut tape 18 has cuts 19 and 19 on both sides with the cut tape 18 as a center to form a knob 20.
Since the opening portion of the bag closes the cylindrical body 7 by bending it once, the opening tape of the cylindrical body 7 is opened by the cut tape 18 by simply pulling the tab 20 when opening the bag. The whole amount can be smoothly discharged without being cut along the line 16 and retaining the contents in the bent portion.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 6, the over tape 17 has an extension portion 17 a attached only to the crease 7 a of the cylindrical body 7 with an adhesive. Due to its own weight, the gusset 10 is easily spread, and the amount of contents stored is increased.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 7, the cylindrical body 7 in which the opening 16 is closed and formed into a bag shape (same for the cylindrical body 14) is bent once at the other end, as shown in FIG. 10, surrounded by an over tape 22 longer than the lateral direction of the cylindrical body 7, and attached with an adhesive in a state of extending from both ends of the cylindrical body 7 and sealed in a sealed state (FIG. 10). Reference), will be shipped.
At the time of shipment, the laminated bag 1 can be lifted by putting a finger in the folded portion of the bag at the upper end of the gusset portion covered with the cut tape, and even if it is a bag containing heavy objects, Can move. The over tapes 17 and 22 are both formed of an oil-resistant paper layer, so that they can withstand a large amount of oil components such as pet food.
[0023]
The above-described laminated bag 1 is manufactured by using a laminated sheet 6 in which paper 2 having a congruent shape is shifted and laminated by a length L in a conventional manufacturing process, forming gussets 10 and 10 and attaching a cylinder to a cylindrical body. 7 (similarly for the cylindrical body 14), the paper bonding part 4 and the paper 2 of the other side edge part 2a are simply bonded together with the emulsion adhesive 11 during this process, which is a complicated production. No equipment is required. Moreover, since the cylindrical body is attached to only one place between the paper and the paper, it does not require a hot-melt adhesive for joining the plastic films as in the above-mentioned prior patent, thereby reducing the cost. Not only does this greatly contribute to the simplification of work processes.
[0024]
Next, the usage method of the laminated bag 1 which becomes the said structure is demonstrated.
As described above, the laminated bag 1 in which one opening 16 is already sealed is prepared, the other opening 21 is opened, and powders such as pet food for packaging, sugar, and raw materials for chemical products are placed therein. Since the opening 16 is closed by bending once, a lot of objects enter, and the extension portion 17a of the over tape 17 is attached only to the crease 7b of the cylindrical body 7 with an adhesive. The gusset 10 spreads by its own weight, and a large amount of contents can be stored.
[0025]
Further, when the end portion 3b of the plastic film, which is an embodiment of the present invention, is extended, the softness of the plastic film can prevent the situation where the fingers are hurt in advance. If pulled, the over tape 17 is torn along the opening 16 of the cylindrical body 7 by the cut tape 18, and the laminated bag 1 is easily opened in its entirety, and the contents are pleated on the bag. The entire amount can be taken out smoothly without staying in the container.
[0026]
As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described based on drawing, specific structure is not limited to this, It will be understood that it can change or add suitably, unless it deviates from the summary of this invention.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, the manufacturing process of the laminated bag can be simplified, the cost can be reduced, and the strength sufficient to withstand operations such as storing and transporting contents can be achieved. A retained laminated bag can be provided.
In addition, when an extended part of the plastic film is formed at the outer layer end of the cylindrical body constituting the laminated bag, even if the laminated bag is handled with bare hands, the fingers are damaged at the end of the paper layer. Safety that there is no is secured.
Also, the opening of the bag is bent once and is sealed with an over tape that is bonded and integrated with the cut tape from above. Therefore, when opening the bag, the entire opening of the bag is opened by simply pulling the cut tape. The contents can be discharged smoothly without staying in the folds of the bag. In addition, the upper end of the gusset part is folded and sealed with over tape from above, so you can easily lift the bag by inserting your fingers into the upper end of the gusset part at both ends of the bag. It becomes the upper merit.
