化学的ガス検知装置において、一方の面に金属触媒を被
着して対電極を形成したガス透過膜の他方の面に金属、
金属酸化物又は金属触媒を被着して酸素選択透過膜を形
成してなることを特徴とする電気化学的ガス検知装置。An electrochemical gas detection device in which a working electrode, a counter electrode, and a reference electrode are installed separately in a sealed container filled with an electrolytic solution, and the working electrode and the counter electrode are communicated with the external atmosphere through a gas permeable membrane.
