Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　竪型円筒状の乾燥室に鉛直回転軸に攪拌羽根を設け
    た攪拌機構を配備すると共に、前記乾燥室の下部に泥状
    物供給口と熱風導入口を、前記乾燥室の上部に乾燥排ガ
    ス排気口と乾燥物排出口をそれぞれ配設した熱風乾燥装
    置において、前記攪拌機構が板状の攪拌羽根をその片面
    が上方に向（ように、かつ前記乾燥物排出口の直下位置
    から乾燥室底部に至る間に上下方向に複数段配備したも
    のであることを特徴とする泥状物熱風乾燥装置。 ２　前記攪拌機構が、前記攪拌羽根を乾燥物排出口の直
    下位置、乾燥室底板の直近位置及びこれら両位置の中間
    位置に備えたものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の乾燥装置。 ３　前記攪拌機構が、前記攪拌羽根を前記乾燥物排出口
    の直下位置と乾燥室底板の直近位置との中間位置に上下
    方向に複数段備えたものである実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第２項記載の乾燥装置。 ４　前記攪拌羽根の上面が、その回転方向に下降する傾
    斜面となっている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第２
    項又は第３項記載の乾燥装置。 ５　前記攪拌羽根の上面の水平面に対する傾斜角度が、
    ５〜４５°の範囲内にある実用新案登録請求の範囲第４
    項記載の乾燥装置。 ６　前記攪拌羽根の上面と下面のなす角度が、該攪拌羽
    根の回転方向側の端部において９０°未満となっている
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第５項記載の乾燥装置。 ７　前記攪拌羽根が、板状部材を少なくとも前記乾燥室
    側壁の直近位置に、上下方向にかつその片面が乾燥室側
    壁に向くように備えたものである実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１〜６項のいずれか一つの項記載の乾燥装置。 ８　前記板状部材の表面と裏面のなす角度が、該板状部
    材の回転方向側の端部において９０°未満となっている
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第７項記載の乾燥装置。 ９　前記攪拌羽根のうち任意に選んだ上下方向に隣りあ
    う攪拌羽根の間に配設され上下方向に隣りあう前記板状
    部材の一枚ずつの長さの和が、前記隣りあう攪拌羽根の
    離隔間隔の０．８倍以上となっている実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第８項記載の乾燥装置。
