Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance productivity of heat exchanger, by disposing a partition plate with some angle of inclination so that it is extended perpendicularly to heat pipes.
CONSTITUTION: Partition plate 15 is formed with inclined portion 16 and stepped portion 17 in a plurality of stages, and, for instance, three heat pipes 1 are extended through each of the inclinedc portions 16 along the fluid flow. The inclined portion 16 is extended perpendicularly to heat pipes 1 but with some inclination angle to duct 9. By employing such an arranement, holes 14 for receiving heat pipes 1 can be bored simply in a direction perpendicular to the plane of inclined portion 16. Therefore, operation for boring the holes can be simplified and productivity of heat exchanger can be improved resultantly.
