Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一端が回動自在にボディに装着され他端にストッパが設
    けられてドアの最大開度を規制するドアチェックプレー
    トと、駆動力を受けて前記ドアチェックプレートの少な
    くとも一面より摩擦部材を圧接する作動部材と、該作動
    部材へ駆動力を通電時に付与する電磁コイルと、所望の
    開度でロックしたいときに操作されて前記電磁コイルｉ
    通電させるブツシュスイッチと、前記作動部材が成る範
    囲以上に作動したことをもって該作動をロックすると共
    に該ロックをドアオープニングハンドルの操作に連動し
    て解除するロッキング部材とを具備することを特徴とす
    る自動車のドア開度固定装置。
