材、９はスラスト軸受、１０はケース、１１はフレクス
プラインガイド部材、１２はフレクスプラインの歯部で

Claims (6)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　ハーモニックドライブ装置において、軸方向
    に歯切りされた歯数がｎ枚のサーキュラ−スプラインと
    、同じく軸方向に歯切りされ、歯数がｎ＋１枚の柔軟な
    フレクスプラインとが、スラスト方向で噛みあい、それ
    らを噛み合わせる為に、ウェーブジェネレーターがフレ
    クスプラインの後方より押付け、ウェーブジェネレータ
    ーの回転がサーキュラ−スプラインとフレクスプライン
    の歯数の違いにより減速される事を特徴トスルスラスト
    型ハーモニックドライブ減速機。
  2. （２）フレクスプライン６の歯部がスラスト方向に柔軟
    になる様にジャバラ状にした実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    一項記載のスラスト型ノ１−モニツクドライブ減速機。
  3. （３）　　サーキュラ−スプライン５とフレクスプライ
    ン６を強制的に離す為、フレクスプライン６のガイド部
    材１１を有する実用新案登録請求の範囲第一項記載のス
    ラスト型ノ１−モニツクドライブ減速機。
  4. （４）ウェーブジェネレーターがフレクスプラインより
    受ける反力を外部ケースに伝えるスラスト軸受９、を配
    置した実用新案登録請求の範囲第一項記載のスラスト型
    ハーモニックドライブ減−送板。
  5. （５）フレクスプライン６の一端をウェーブジェネレー
    ター ュラ−スプラインから離れる様に、フレクスプラインの
    歯部１２の角度をラジアル方向に対してθだけずらせた
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第一項記載のスラスト型ハーモ
    ニックドライブ減速機。
  6. （６）サーキュラ−スプライン５とフレクスプライン６
    の噛み合いをスムーズに行う為に、ウェーブジェネレー
    ターに回転部材８を組み合わせて、フレクスプラインを
    押しつける実用新案登録請求の範囲第一項記載のスラス
    ト型ハーモニックドライブ減速機。
