The base jack is essential for scaffold assembly,
Although it has been widely used in the past, when finishing waterproofing on rooftops, places with waterproof retaining layers, atrium stages, and floors of stairs with mortar, etc., these scaffolds must be dismantled once and the floor finishing finished. It is customary to reassemble it after it has been removed.

This is because if the part of the base jack used for assembling the scaffold is left in the dead hole, the hole will be approximately 20 cm square in size, which is unfavorable in terms of appearance, and requires a lot of work to ensure horizontal accuracy and repair the hole. This is because it costs time and money.

Furthermore, when fixing the base jack to an inclined surface, anchor bolts must be driven into two to four points to fix the base jack, which requires a lot of time and effort.

The present invention was proposed in order to eliminate such defects, and the lower end of the base jack main shaft 1 is provided with a tapered portion 2 whose diameter gradually decreases as it reaches the lower end. A female threaded hole 3 extending along the axis of the main shaft 1 and opening at the lower end surface of the tapered part 2 is provided, and a base plate fitted to the outer circumferential thread of the main shaft 1 so as to be movable up and down. The present invention relates to a base jack characterized in that it is formed by threading an adjusting nut 5 mounted on the base jack.

In addition, conventional base jacks have drawbacks such as a large play when a single pipe is inserted from the upper end of the main shaft because the main shaft is thinner than the diameter of the single pipe.

Since the base jack according to the present invention is configured as described above, when it is used for indoor floor finishing, the base plate 4 is lowered to the lower end of the tapered part 2 of the main shaft 1 by operating the adjustment nut 5, and the base plate 4 is Set the base plate 4 at a predetermined position on the floor A (see Figure 2A), then operate the adjusting nut 5 to raise the base plate 4 along the main axis 1 (see Figure 2B), and then place the floor in this state. A floor finish is applied on A, and the tapered part 2 at the tip of the main shaft 1 is buried in the floor finish part B.

(See Figure 2F) At this time, the floor hole C is the base jack main shaft 1.
Since it is formed by a tapered portion 2 provided at the lower end of which the diameter gradually decreases as it reaches the lower end, it has an extremely small diameter and can be repaired extremely easily.

Note that a in the figure represents a single tube. Next, when using the base jack of the present invention on a rooftop scaffolding, set the base jack at a predetermined position on the rooftop in the same manner as in Figure 2A (see Figure 3A), and then tighten the adjustment nut 9 on the top along the main axis 1. At the same time, the entire base jack is lifted up and a waterproof layer is applied.

Next, when using the base jack of the present invention on a slope ■ or a place that bears horizontal force, anchor the anchor hardware J on the slope I as shown in Figure 4, and attach the anchor bolt installed on the anchor metal J to the base jack. By screwing into the tapered part 2 at the tip of the main shaft 1 a female screw hole 3 extending in the axial direction of the main shaft 1 and opening at the lower end surface of the tapered part 2, the base jack can be kept in a stable state. It can be set with .

As described above, the base jack according to the present invention is provided with a tapered part 2 at the lower end of the main shaft 1, whose diameter gradually decreases as it reaches the lower end, and on the outer peripheral thread of the main shaft 1, it can be raised and lowered by the upper shaft 1. Since the adjusting nut 5 mounted on the base plate 4 is screwed on, the base plate 4 can be raised along the main shaft 1 by operating the adjusting nut 5 when finishing floors or waterproofing rooftops. Then, by performing the required finishing and waterproofing work while supporting only the tapered part 2 on the floor surface of the room or rooftop, the tapered part 2 is formed on the finished part of the floor or the waterproof layer on the rooftop. Most of the damage is extremely small and repair is extremely easy, so the floor surface is finished and the roof waterproofing layer is installed while the base jack and the scaffolding supported by it are left in place. Since the tapered portion 2 is provided with a female threaded hole 3, when used on an inclined surface or a place where horizontal force is applied, the anchor bolt anchored at the place is inserted into the female threaded hole 3.
By screwing it onto the base jack, the base jack can be easily fixed with a single anchor bolt.
