第１図は、各種充填剤添加量と酸素指数の関係を示すグ
ラフである。第２図は、各種充填剤添加量と発煙量の関
係を示すグラフである。第３図は、充填剤中のホウ酸亜
鉛の添加比率と発煙量の関係を示すグラフである。第４
図は、充填剤中のホウ酸亜鉛の添加比率と酸素指数の関
係を示すグラフである。第５図は、多芯ケーブルの断面
図で、１は金属導体、２は絶縁層、３は絶縁電線、４は
押え巻きテープ、５は外部被覆層である。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）鯖縁層に酢酸ビニル含有量が５０重量帖以上のエ
    チレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体を主体とするポリオレフィ
    ン樹脂組成物に充填剤として水和、　　金属酸化物ある
    いは金属炭酸塩とホウ酸亜鉛とを両者台せて１００重量
    部以上添加し、かつ充填剤中のホウ酸亜鉛の比率が０．
    ２５〜０．７５である樹脂組成物を用いた絶縁電線を放
    射線照射により架橋せしめた後２芯以上撚り合せ、ある
    いは引き整え、その上からポリイミドフィルムの押えテ
    ープを巻付け、しかる後該絶縁電線上に絶縁層と同一組
    成からなる樹脂組成物を押出被覆した後、放射線により
    架橋することを特徴とする難燃、低煙多芯ケーブル。
  2. （２）水和金属酸化物が、水酸化アルミニウム、水酸化
    マグネシウム、水酸化カルシウム、水酸化バリウムから
    成る群より選ばれたものである。 実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の難燃、低煙多
    芯ケーブル。
  3. （３）金属炭酸塩が炭酸マグネシウム、炭酸マグネシウ
    ムカルシウム、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸亜鉛、炭酸バリウ
    ムから成る群より選ばれたものである実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第（１）項記載の難燃、低煙多芯ケーブル。
