Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 同軸上に配置された環状永久磁石及び環状軟磁性体
と同心的に貫通させる軸と、上記環状軟磁性体との空隙
に磁性流体を注入し、上記環状体群が挿入固定されるハ
ウジングの内面と上記環状体群との空隙にも磁性流体を
塗布又は注入したことを特徴とする密封装置。 ２ 上記ハウジングの内面に密着した軟磁性薄膜を形成
した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の密封装置。 ３ 上記環状永久磁石の外周部の一部又は全てを環状軟
磁性体外径を通る同軸円筒面より凹状にした実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の密封装置。 ４ 上記密封装置を該軸の延長方向に対して積層した実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第２項又は第３項記載の
密封装置。 ５ 上記積層される密封装置の間に環状非磁性体を挿入
