装置、３は温度設定器、４はヒータ、５は作業域、６は
Ａ／Ｄ変換器、７゜１６は演算器、８．１７はコンパレ
ータ、９はコイル、１０はスイッチ、１１は接点、１２
は電源、１３はＭＡＸ／ＭＩＵ検出器、１４は設定温度
設定器、１５は許容温度差設定器、１８はアラーム、Ｓ
は温度センサ、Ｓ□〜Ｓ８は８個の温度センサ、Ｄ０〜
