Claims (9)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）少なくとも２層以上の構成を有するプラスチック
    積層フィルムを用いた円筒状の内袋を、紙製の円筒中に
    挿入する２重構造からなる飲料容器において、円筒状内
    袋内に大気圧以上の圧力をかけ、内袋内に内容物を充填
    したとき、内袋の外径Ｒ１が紙製円筒内径Ｒ２と等しい
    か又は以上とすることを特徴とする飲料容器。
  2. （２）プラスチック積層フィルム中に少なくとも１層以
    上のアルミニウム層を有することを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の飲料容器。
  3. （３）円筒状内袋の胴部のシール方法が封筒貼りである
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項〜第２
    項記載の飲料容器。
  4. （４）円筒状内袋の底部のシール方法が合掌貼りした後
    、更に貼合開始部分から１〜２回折り曲げ、合掌貼り部
    と円筒状内袋の外層同志を接合させることを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項〜第３項記載の飲料容器
    。
  5. （５）紙製円筒の上端にプラスチック製のリングを設け
    、該リングの内面と、内筒状内袋の外層との接合面を貼
    り合わせ、更に前記リングとの接合面が該リングと同一
    材料からなり、飲み口を有する上蓋をリングに融着接合
    させることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    〜第４項記載の飲料容器。
  6. （６）プラスチック積層フィルムが表裏にポリオレフィ
    ン樹脂層を有することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項〜第５項記載の飲料容器。
  7. （７）プラスチック積層フィルム構成が、袋の内面から
    ポリオレフィン樹脂／アルミ／ポリエステ、　ル樹脂／
    ポリオレフィン樹脂で−あることを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項〜第５項記載の飲料容器。
  8. （８）上蓋の材料の一部として、゛ポリエステル樹脂を
    使用することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第５
    項〜第７項記載の飲料容器。
  9. （９）　　上Ｈの材料の一部として、アルミニウムフィ
    ルムを用いることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第５項〜第８項記載の飲料容器。 （ｌＯ）上蓋の材料の一部として、容器最内面以外の部
    分に、ポリアクリルニトリル樹脂を使用することを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第５項〜第８項記載の飲
    料容器。
