Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a coating to have uniform quality, by attaching molds to jigs suspended from chains, immersing the molds in a liquid of a rubber, plastic or the like, and conveying continuously the molds while the surfaces of the molds are being heated, cooled and subjected to other operations so that the molding is continuously carried out. CONSTITUTION:Guide brackets 4 and rods 5 supported by bearings 3 are joined with the chains 2 passing through chain guides 1 and the molds 9 are attached to the ends of the rods 5. The angle of the mold that is required for the working is retained by using a guide bearing 6 and a guide. A rotatable mechanism for allowing the mold to be vertical and a mechanism of a stopper 7 for retaining the mold not to be vertical are provided. Mold attaching jigs each having these mechanisms are attached with an arbitrary interval between the chains so that the constitution of the line may be made ready in accordance with the type and the number of the intended products. Further, the mold is rotated to eliminate the collection of the liquid at the tip of the mold, and therefore uniform quality of the coating can be obtained.

均等肉厚をこの発明方法により、良質製品および量産、
