Generally, equipment for manufacturing thin film products such as rubber gloves moves the molds by attaching glove molds at equal intervals to an endless chain and moving the chain along an endlessly connected guide rail. let The mold is immersed in a dip tank containing a liquid such as rubber or plastic, and when it is taken out from the dip tank, the liquid such as rubber or plastic adheres to its surface. This adhered liquid is dried and solidified together with the mold, and a thin film product such as a rubber glove is manufactured.

However, with conventional thin film manufacturing equipment,
As disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-45819 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 47-17474, when a mold is immersed in a dip bath, an endless chain is tilted from above to below to immerse the mold. The chain is tilted from the bottom to the top when the mold is dipped into the dip tank and pulled up from the dip tank. For this reason, in order to immerse the mold without interfering with the dip tank, it is necessary to make the dip tank long, and as a result, the dip tank becomes larger and requires a large amount of liquid such as rubber or plastic. There were flaws.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes an endless chain having a movement locus in a horizontal plane, a conveying member attached to the chain at equal intervals, and a surface suspended from the conveying member and immersed in an immersion liquid tank. In an apparatus for producing a thin film article, the apparatus includes a mold for forming a thin film article such as a glove on the surface by solidifying the attached immersion liquid, and a first a first arm having a roller; a second arm bendably pivoted to the lower end of the first arm and having a mold at the lower end; the second arm contacts the first roller and immerses the mold. It is characterized by comprising a first guide that guides the first arm so as to move it up and down into the liquid tank.

According to the present invention, the chain can be moved in a horizontal plane and the mold can be moved up and down by bending the first arm, so the dip tank can be made smaller and the distance traveled by the chain when the mold is moved up and down can be reduced. It can be made shorter. Furthermore, the moving speed of the mold can be changed by changing the shape of the first guide.

First, the endless chain 12 and the mold 54 are
is moved, washed at 70, brushed at 72, washed again at 74 and 76, dried at 78, and immersed in a dip tank for rubber, plastic, etc. at 80. In this case, as shown in FIG. 3, the first roller 46 moves along the curved shape of the first guide 46A, so the first arm 40 can swing around the pin 44. . Therefore, even if the chain 12 remains in the horizontally moved state, the mold 54 can be moved up and down, that is, from the position shown in FIG. 3 to the position shown in FIG. After a liquid such as rubber or plastic is applied to the mold 54 in this manner, the liquid adhering to the mold 54 is dried at 82. In this case, as shown in FIG. 4, by moving the second roller 52 upward along the second guide 46A, the second arm 42
Since the mold 54 can pivot about the pin 50 as a fulcrum, the mold 54 can rotate via the second roller 52 and can move to the position shown in FIG. 4. Therefore, the liquid attached to the lower part of the mold 54 can be formed into the same thin wall shape as the other parts. The liquid is dried into a thin layer and then cooled at 84.
At step 86, the mold 54 is immersed in the dip bath again.
It is dried at step 8, cooled at step 90, immersed in a dip bath again at step 92, and dried at step 94. Next, a mark is attached to the mold 54 at 96, and winding is performed at 98,100. Furthermore, a thin film product is produced by preliminary drying at 102, hot water extraction at 104, talc treatment at 106, and final drying at 108. Next, brushing is performed at 110, the thin film material is removed from the mold 54 at 112, and the mold 54 is cleaned at 70. Thereafter, the same operation is repeated one after another to continuously produce thin film products.

As a result, by simply moving the chain horizontally,
The mold 54 is moved up and down while maintaining its vertical state, and by changing the curved shape of the first guide 46A, the speed of vertical movement of the mold can be changed. Additionally, the mold can be tilted from a vertical position until its lower end is located upwardly.

As explained above, according to the apparatus for producing thin film products according to the present invention, it is possible to shorten the moving distance of the chain during immersion in the dip tank, so that the length of the dip tank can be shortened and rubber, plastic, etc. In addition, the length of the manufacturing equipment for thin film products can be shortened. Furthermore, since the moving speed of the mold can be arbitrarily selected during immersion in the dip tank, the thickness of the thin film can be arbitrarily changed.
