Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain high rotating efficiency of a flat brushless motor even rotating at a high speed by forming a yoke member in a disc shape by spirally winding a thin magnetic plate and insulating between spirally wound layers. CONSTITUTION:A yoke member 10 is constructed in a disc shape by spirally winding, for example, a thin magnetic plate made of silicon stell, and the spirally wound layers are insulated therebetween by a plastic coating or the like. The member 10 carries a coil, and is opposed to the pole face of a rotor magnet to apply a rotary force to the rotor magnet. An eddy current is not generated in the member 10 upon rotating of the magnet.

ネット5を担持したロータマグネット支持部材6が嵌着
されている。ロータマグネット5はロータマグネット支
持部材6の回転方向に対して一定のピッチで複数着磁さ
れている。また、ロータマグネット5の磁極面に対向し
て配置されたコイル7はハウジング1に固設された圧延
鋼板などの高透磁率材料から成るヨーク部材8の下面に
固着されている。ヨーク部材8は円板状であり、該ヨー
ク部材の中央部に設けられた開口部8aがボス部1aに
外嵌する形となっている。

流が発生し、ロータマグネットの回転を妨げる方向に磁
界を発生する。また、渦電流はロータマグネットの回転
数に比例して増大する。従って、この種の偏平ブラシレ
スモータでは高速回転になるに従って回転効率の悪化を
きたし、高速回転用のモータとしては採用出来ないとい
う欠点があった。

処理はスリッタ等の切断手段で円板状に切断した後に絶
縁性及び浸透性に優れた樹脂または接着剤を含浸させる
ことによってなされる。

って該ヨーク部材内に渦電流が発生することがなく、高
速回転時においても高い回転効率が得られるのである。
