Conventionally, the method of insulating the walls of concrete houses etc. using heat insulating boards is as shown in Figure 1: 2. Applying lumps of gypsum bond 2 to the target surface 1 at appropriate intervals;
Second, a construction method is used in which the heat insulating board 3 is pressed and bonded.

This construction method is generally widely used because when the surface to be constructed is unfinished and has large unevenness, it can absorb the unevenness and perform insulation construction. Since a hollow layer 4 is formed between the two, there are the following drawbacks. First of all, indoor moisture enters the hollow layer 4 through gaps and joints around the heat insulating board 3, and internal dew condensation tends to occur.

Furthermore, especially when used as an interior partition in a room, a resonance (resonance) transmission phenomenon occurs in the mid-to-low sound range, which tends to lead to a decrease in the sound insulation performance of the wall.

This invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks and allows a heat insulating board to be easily installed on an uneven wall surface without causing internal condensation or deterioration of sound insulation performance. In a construction method in which a heat insulating wall is formed by bonding a heat insulating board having a heat insulating layer made of synthetic resin foam or the like to a wall, there is a space between the heat insulating board and the wall that is flexible to the extent that it can absorb the unevenness of the wall surface. It is through a sheet.

以下図面にしたがい、この発明を訂しく説明する。The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to the drawings.

The flexible sheet 5 is made of foamed plastic, such as urethane foam or polyethylene foam, or inorganic fiber. The thickness of the flexible sheet 5 is determined so as to absorb at least the unevenness of the construction target surface. Since the unevenness of the construction target surface is usually about 15 mm at most, the appropriate thickness of the flexible sheet is 10 to 15+ nm.

Further, holes 6 are made in the flexible sheet 5 in accordance with the pitch at which plaster plaster, filler-containing epoxy adhesive, etc. is to be applied to the surface to be applied or to the heat insulating board.

In forming the heat insulating wall, first, this flexible sheet is adhered to the construction target surface 1, such as concrete i4Q, as shown in FIG. In this case, it may be sufficient to hold the plate.

Next, the back side of the heat insulating board 8 is pressed against the flexible sheet surface, and the heat insulating board 8 is adhered to the construction target surface 1 with the adhesive 7 while adjusting the unevenness. Figure 4 shows the state after adhesion. The heat insulating board 8 is comprised of a heat insulating layer 8a made of a synthetic 4M resin foam such as hard urethane foam or styrene foam, and an interior base plate 8b made of plaster, plywood or the like.

The above explanation shows an example in which the flexible sheet 5 is first adhered to the construction target surface 1, but the flexible sheet 5 is adhered (temporarily) to the back side of the heat insulating board 8 in advance, and then the flexible sheet 5 is attached through the holes 6. Apply an adhesive such as gypsum pad to the back side of the heat insulating board 8 or to the surface l to be constructed, and then press the heat insulating board with the flexible sheet to the surface l to be constructed in the same manner as in the previous embodiment to smooth out unevenness. It is also possible to adhere while adjusting.

Furthermore, the flexible sheet 5 is not limited to a perforated sheet as shown in FIG. 2, but may also be a perforated flexible sheet 5' as shown in FIG. 5. Of course, in this case as well, the flexible sheet 5' is bonded in advance to the surface to be constructed or to the heat insulating board. However, this adhesion is not temporary fixing as in the two cases described above. Furthermore, flexible sheet 5
It is also possible to interpose not only on the entire surface of the target construction surface but also on a part, for example, in a row or only on the side ff.

According to the construction method of this invention as described above, by interposing a flexible sheet between the heat insulating board and the construction target surface such as a concrete wall, unevenness of the construction target surface can be absorbed, and
It is possible to eliminate the hollow layer between the insulation board and the surface to be constructed, which was unavoidable with conventional construction methods. Therefore, moisture infiltration and convection from gaps and joints around the insulation board are prevented, and internal condensation is prevented. In order to prevent this moisture convection, it is more preferable that the flexible sheet has closed cells. In addition, it is possible to prevent a decrease in the sound insulation properties of the wall due to a resonance phenomenon in the mid-to-low frequency range. Therefore, this invention construction method is particularly effective for partition walls.
