On the other hand, fiberboard such as soft fiberboard is well known as a construction material used for the walls and ceilings of such buildings, and it is also common to have many semi-through holes on the surface to enhance the sound absorption effect. Are known.

However, such fiberboard building materials
The fiberboard itself has the elasticity to expand and contract depending on environmental conditions such as surrounding humidity, so when applying a decorative cloth to the surface and applying a decorative finish, the fiberboard itself will expand and contract over time after installation. This has the disadvantage that gaps occur at the seams of the makeup cloth, resulting in poor makeup appearance.

In addition, for this reason, the surface of such fiberboard construction materials is usually decorated by painting, but the sound absorption holes on the surface of the fiberboard are exposed on the decorative surface, and this is because the fiberboard is a flexible material. Furthermore, although it can be used as a ceiling material, it is not preferable to use such a fiberboard surface as a wall material because it is easily scratched.

Therefore, in order to eliminate the above drawbacks, the applicant first attached a surface material such as plywood to the surface of the fiberboard and provided a sound insulating layer on the back surface, so that at least the surface of the fiberboard was covered from the surface of the surface material. We have proposed a product that has a large number of semi-through holes that reach the ceiling, which has excellent soundproofing properties, allows for a cross-covered finish, and also allows it to be used as a wall material (Utility Application No. 57-166385).

For this purpose, the configuration of the present invention includes a surface material such as plywood that has a large number of through holes on the surface, and a large number of semi-through holes or through holes that are bonded to the back surface of the surface material and have a larger diameter than the through holes. The fiberboard is made of a composite board in which a fiberboard with They are laminated together so that the holes or through-holes are located to form a sound absorbing hole that is wide in the middle. This makes it possible to achieve a cross-covered finish with the surface material and also to use it as a wall material. This greatly improves the sound absorption performance, and in combination with the sound insulation layer on the back side, it exhibits excellent sound insulation properties.

FIG. 1 shows a soundproofing material A according to a first embodiment of the present invention, in which 1 is a composite board constituting a substrate, and the composite board 1 includes a surface material 2 such as plywood, and a back surface of the surface material 2. The fiberboard 3 bonded to the fiberboard 3 and the sound insulating layer 4 provided on the back surface of the fiberboard 3 are laminated together. A large number of through holes 5, 5... are formed on the surface of the surface layer material 2, and the diameter of the through holes 5 is larger than that of the through holes 5, corresponding to the through holes 5, 5... of the surface layer material 2, on the surface of the fiberboard 3. A large number of semi-through holes 6, 6... are formed in the surface material 2 and the fiberboard 3.
The semi-through holes 6, 6 of the fiberboard 3 are located at the corresponding positions of the through holes 5, 5 of the surface layer material 2, and are integrally laminated so as to form middle wide sound absorbing holes 7, 7, .

Furthermore, the sound insulation layer 4 is a soft sound insulation sheet made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride resin or rubber mixed with metal powder, metal oxide, other inorganic powder such as barium sulfate, etc., and formed into a sheet shape. Alternatively, it may be formed by pasting a thin metal plate such as a lead sheet on the back side of the fiberboard 3. Alternatively, it may be formed by applying vinyl chloride sol or a paste-like material mixed with inorganic powder to the back side of the fiberboard 3. It may also be a coating layer formed by

The diameter of the through-hole 5 of the surface material 2 is not particularly limited, but if it exceeds 15 mmφ, it is not preferable because the cosmetic cloth will be easily damaged when the cosmetic cloth is attached to the surface, and it is usually 2 to 10 mmφ. It is preferable to set it at a certain level. Therefore, the hole diameter of the semi-through hole 6 of the fiberboard 3 is preferably larger than that of the surface layer material 2.
The diameter of the through hole 5 is set to be at least twice the diameter of the through hole 5.
Further, in the above embodiment, the sound absorbing hole 7 having a middle width formed by the through hole 5 of the surface material 2 and the semi-through hole 6 of the fiberboard 3 has a depth from the surface of the surface material 2 to the middle layer of the fiberboard 3. However, in order to effectively exhibit the sound insulation performance, it is not necessary to penetrate the composite plate 1, and the depth may be set as shown in FIG. 2, for example.
That is, the soundproofing material of the second embodiment shown in FIG.
In A', a through hole 6' is provided in the fiberboard 3, and a sound absorbing hole 7' is provided at a depth reaching from the surface of the surface material 2 to the surface of the sound insulating layer 4.

A plurality of soundproof materials A and A' configured in this manner are fixed to a wall base or ceiling base with the sound insulation layer 4 side facing back by nailing or using a combination of nails and adhesive, and then butted against each other. They are joined together and made into a series to form the interior base. Next, the above soundproofing material A,
The surface of A′ is given a decorative finish by pasting a decorative cloth or painting.

Therefore, the above-mentioned soundproofing materials A and A' have a large number of sound absorption holes 7 and 7' on the surface of the composite plate 1 having good sound absorption performance, and the sound absorption holes 7 and 7' are formed to be wide in the middle. The sound absorbing holes 7, 7' are made of three layers of fiberboard, which provides even more remarkable sound absorbing performance.Furthermore, the sound insulating layer 4 on the back side of the composite board 1 has good sound insulating performance. There is. Therefore, the sound emitted from the indoor side is effectively and significantly absorbed and significantly attenuated by the large number of medium-wide sound absorption holes 7, 7', and also causes the fibers to vibrate when passing through the fiberboard 3. As a result, the sound is further absorbed and attenuated, thereby achieving a remarkable sound absorption effect. Furthermore, the sound insulating layer 4 on the back side reliably insulates the sound and prevents it from propagating to the outside, thereby providing an excellent sound insulating effect. As a result, walls, ceilings, etc. with excellent soundproofing effects can be provided.

Furthermore, the sound insulation layer 4 on the back surface of the sound insulation materials A and A' is
The above-mentioned soundproofing method can be installed by protruding extra from two adjacent side edges as shown in FIG. It is possible to reliably insulate sound from leaking from the abutting portion (joint portion) between materials A and A', thereby making the sound insulating effect of walls, etc. more effective.

In addition, in the soundproofing materials A and A', the surface layer material 2 is provided on the surface of the fiberboard 3, and the surface material 2 is cloth-covered or painted, so that the fiberboard 3 can absorb and dissipate moisture and water. The surface layer material 2 suppresses the accompanying expansion and contraction, and prevents gaps from forming at the joints of the decorative cloth when cloth is finished.
The coating makes the painted surface less likely to be damaged and can therefore be formed into a wall or ceiling surface with an excellent cosmetic appearance, and can also be used satisfactorily as a wall material along with a ceiling material. Moreover, various materials such as plywood can be used for the surface layer material 2, and can be selected as appropriate depending on the purpose.

As described above, according to the soundproofing material of the present invention, it is possible to exhibit an excellent soundproofing effect by having both good soundproofing performance and remarkable sound absorption performance, and the surface can be finished with cloth or paint to give it a good cosmetic appearance and be hard to get scratched. Therefore, it is possible to provide a material suitable as an interior base material for ceiling materials, wall materials, etc., which has excellent soundproofing properties and decorative finish properties.
