受波器を駆動するための周波数信号を出力する電圧制御
発振器と、該電圧制御発振器の周波数信号を入力し同期
信号を出力する同期回路と、上記同期信号の分周信号と
上記送受波器からの受信信号とを入力して時間差を検出
する時間差検出回路と、該時間差検出回路の出力を積分
する積分回路と、該積分回路の積分出力に基づいて上記
電圧制御発振器が制御されこの制御結果である上記順方
向と逆方向との周波数信号の差より゛ 上記被測定流
体の流量を測定する超音波流量計においぞ、上記時間差
検出回路の出力を監視する監視回路と、該監視回路の出
力を受けて上記積分回路の積分時間を調整する積分時間
調整回路又は上記監視回路の出力を受けて上記被測定流
