BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Conventionally, Takuto carpet produced by Takuto Iso has been the mainstream in the field of products used as automobile interior materials such as car mats, door trims, car vents for general interiors, and hot carpets for heat insulation. However, since tufted carpet requires a primary base fabric, it is very heavy at the front of the car, does not have the ability to stretch and recover as a fabric, and has problems with stomach swelling during the manufacturing process due to snags in the tufted loops. However, it was not possible to obtain a structure with a low pile length of 3 m+ or less, and it could not be said that the product had the performance that should fully satisfy consumers. Therefore, pile warp knitted fabrics knitted by warp knitting machines have recently emerged as carpets that overcome the drawbacks of the aforementioned tufted carpets, and in particular, pile knitted fabrics with pile yarns thicker than the ground yarns forming the ground knitting machine are suitable for this product field. It is considered to be excellent.

However, in the case of thick pile knitting 'aI' in which the pile yarn covers the entire ground structure, the pile has large roots where each pile grain can be seen one by one, and it is flexible, so it is said that it is easy to cause face-face. There are 9 problems.

Therefore, when finishing setting such knitted fabrics, a grain straightening device is attached to a heat setting machine called a tenter to automatically adjust the feeding tension of the left stone so that it runs uniformly in the length direction, and to finish it. Attempts are being made to set it. By the way, although the existing grain correction device has a high curve, its accuracy is extremely high, and the finishing setting is repeated several times to correct the grain spacing, and it is possible to finish setting pile knitted fabrics with fewer grain creases. The current situation is that However, when printing such pile knitted fabrics, or when performing the process of gluing VC material on the back side to make products such as carpets, mats, rugs, etc., the above-mentioned finishing set is required. A grain straightening device that can be used for one change in the equipment used for these processes, such as a machine, has not been developed, and printing and adhesive processing are not processes that can be re-edited like heat setting, so in the end, the above-mentioned ground yarn Printing and adhesion of pile knitted fabrics using thick pile yarn 1
This was an aesthetically impossible situation for industrial production. That is, for example, if such a pile knitted fabric is placed on a printing stand and a straight pattern is printed, the pile grain and color pattern will not match, which will significantly reduce the commercial value. Therefore, attachment to the printing stand can only be carried out as efficiently as by hand. Also, when backing the backing material on the back side of carpets, it is difficult to run the backing material uniformly in the length direction even when using a banking machine equipped with a width adjustment device, so semi-manual running speed is required. It can only be processed. Therefore, for carpets that use thick yarns as pile yarns, industrial progress is made by choosing woven fabrics with stable elongation properties as the base fabric, and solving the problems of prevention of purpose and ease of handling. It was OJ Noh to do. However, if a base fabric such as a woven fabric is used, it is undesirable that the extensibility, which is one of the characteristics of pile warp knitted fabrics, is lost.

The pile warp knitted fabric to which the surface wrinkle prevention processing method of the present invention is applied has a ground yarn forming grooves in the ground knitted fabric and a thickness that is at least three times the thickness of the ground yarn and at least 800 denier. What about pile warp knitted fabrics knitted using pile yarn?
l'fr, Beil's rice plant may be used. However, pile warp knitted fabrics for which the effect of the surface wrinkle prevention processing method of the present invention can be expected to be remarkable are warp knitted fabrics having loop piles knitted by a warp knitting machine having a single row needle bed, and in which the above-mentioned pile yarn is used for pile warp knitting fabrics. The ground yarn is not knitted by some of the knitting needles, thereby forming a thin section of the ground knitted fabric that extends in the wale direction, while the pile yarn is knitted in one section in the thin section of the ground knitted fabric. Loop piles with an interval of more than one thread (4) are all-formed pile sutra). In particular, the standing angles α and β of the loop pile are both in the range of 60° to 120°, and the height γ of the loop pile from the ground knitted fabric is 1.
When the method for preventing object 9 of the present invention is applied to pile warp knitted fabrics in the range of 5 to 7.51 sheets, the movement of the pile becomes remarkable. This is because these pile warp knitted fabrics have a thin part in the ground knitted fabric, and are pile warp knitted fabrics that particularly require pile standing, and are particularly easy to aim for, and conversely, are product fields that require the most objective υ. This is because.

Further, the pile yarn of the pile warp knitted material which exhibits the effect of the surface wrinkle prevention treatment of the present invention is the case where the pile yarn is 800 denier or more as described above. In other words, in the case of a knitted fabric in which the thickness of the pile yarn is 800 denier or less, the pile mesh is relatively small, so the purpose is difficult to notice, and the handleability is relatively good considering the weight of the knitted fabric. Furthermore, in the case of knitted fabrics like this, resin is attached to the pile threads! : It is difficult to process such pile yarns without impairing their flexibility and repulsion properties, and it is difficult to provide a movable bed that prevents wrinkles on the pile yarns without impairing their flexibility and repulsion properties.

In other words, in knitted fabrics with a basis weight of 220 r/m' or less, the effect of preventing surface wrinkles due to the addition of resin is small;
In knitted fabrics of G/R or higher, in order to fully exhibit the effect of preventing surface wrinkles, it is necessary to apply enough resin N to penetrate the cut side of the pile yarn with some reeds, and the flexibility of the pile yarn, This is because there is a tendency for rebound resilience etc. to deteriorate. Note that various yarn types and yarn forms can be used for the pile yarn of the pile warp fabric. The pile yarn may be a dyed yarn. Various types of threads or shapes can be used for the ground yarns that make up the yarn structure, but in order to firmly fix the pile yarn to the ground structure, the length of synthetic fibers is required from the standpoint of tightening the loops of the ground knitted fabric. It is preferable to use fiber strips.

In the present invention, specific methods for applying resin to the back side of pile knitted fabrics include a coating method and a smooth texture.
A coating method is preferable in order to maintain rebound resilience and the like. Traditionally, Resin-Riki Nikko, which has been involved in imparting shrink-proofing and wrinkle-proofing properties to cellulose fiber fabrics, has applied resin to the entire fabric by immersing the fabric in a finger-finishing liquid. When applied to pile knitted fabrics, the pile part is treated with resin, which significantly changes the texture, rebound properties, etc., which is undesirable.For example, a water-based method that completely applies resin only to the ground knitted fabric part It is preferable to use a coating method using a resin emulsion.In this case, the viscosity of the resin emulsion is increased using a thickener, or the pile knitted fabric to be supplied is subjected to an appropriate water-repellent treatment in advance. It is advisable to use methods such as placing the resin in place and preventing the resin from penetrating into the pile yarn.

The violet of rubber and resin that is attached to the back side of pile silk is
You can set it according to the required eye wrinkle prevention effect, but in general, it is 50 to 60 for flexible rubber. /rr? The adhesion is preferably 20 to 302/- or more for hard resins. High adhesion amount on reeds (for example, 30% on flexible rubber)
09/rr? or 2001i'/i) for hard resins, the flexibility of the knitted fabric decreases, and physical properties such as tensile strength and tear strength of the knitted fabric, which depend on the texture of the fabric, decrease, which is not preferable. In addition, as mentioned above, it is preferable to add a thickening agent to the processing liquid for rubbers and resins to adjust the viscosity, especially in coating methods, in order to prevent them from adhering to the pile yarns (8). . Pile knitted fabrics to which a processing fluid has been applied are generally heat-treated to volatilize water or organic solvents, and in the case of reactive resins, they are simultaneously converted into reactive resins.

The coated warp knitted fabric and the uncoated intermediate set warp knitted fabric were set in a -nose type auto screen printing machine, the colors were automatically changed without any preparation, and the rolls were stretched on the printing table. When we measured the bending width of both the fabrics using the method described below, we found that the coated warp knitted fabric had a 10-kebar r width on average of about 6cm on the left and right sides.
The average of the left and right sides of 1 o uncoated intermediate set areas was 52α. From the above, it can be seen that coated warp-knitted fabrics can be used to produce printed shank products of good quality even when printed with straight patterns.

The rolls of coated warp knitted fabric and uncoated finished set warp knitted fabric were set in a T-die-type wafer machine equipped with an expander that can control only the radial tension, and the amount of molten polyethylene deposited on the back side was 260f/rr? The backing was processed to look like this. The polyethylene (hereinafter abbreviated as PE) backing coated warp knitted fabric has a PE basis weight of 10 cIn square lO from 254 to 267 l/lr? The average width of the left and right eye surfaces was about 8 cm. On the other hand, for coated warp knitted fabrics, PE1=I is 2
21~315f/rr? In addition, the average length of the left and right bulges was approximately 68 m. From the above, it can be seen that coated warp knitted fabrics can be processed with a uniform force when lining material is treated directly, and that a good lining product with less self-scrubbing can be obtained.
