多点式温度センサーの縮径加工後の状態を示す断面図、
第５図イ２口はシース型熱電対相互を離隔した場合の撚
合せ前、後状態の断面図である。第６図は一部切欠斜視
図である。 １：シース型熱電対、２：３：熱電対素線、４：温接点
、５：閉塞、６：芯材、７：撚合せ、８：ツイスト状部
、９：内部空間、１０：被覆部材。

Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）シース型熱電対からなる多点式温度センサーにお
    いて、長さ方向の任意の部位に温接点を形成したシース
    型熱電対の複数本を、所要寸法の外径を有する芯材に外
    接せしめると共に、夫々の先端を揃え且つ前記各温接点
    を長さ方向に相互にずらして配置し、それらを一体的に
    撚合わせてなることを特徴とする多点式温度センサー。
  2. （２）芯材に前記シース型熱電対と同一の構成素材から
    なるものを利用してなることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の多点式温度センサー。
  3. （３）全体を縮径してなることを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の多点式温度センサ
    ー。
  4. （４）複数本のシース型熱電対全体の外周を通気性と可
    撓性を有する被覆部材で囲繞してなることを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項又は第３項記
    載の多点式温度センサー。
