Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）シース型熱電対からなる多点式温度センサーにお
    いて、長さ方向の任意の部位に温接点を形成せしめたシ
    ース型熱電対の複数本を、夫々先端を揃え且つ前記各温
    接点を長さ方向に相互にすらして配置すると共に、それ
    らを一体的に撚合わせてなることを特徴とする多点式温
    度センサー。
  2. （２）全体を縮径してなることを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の多点式温度センサー。
  3. （３）　　複数本のシース型熱電対の外側を通気性と可
    撓性を有する被覆部材で囲繞してなることを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の多点式
    温度センサー。
  4. （４）各シース型熱電対内に熱電対素線を非接触状態で
    ツイスト状に内設してなることを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項又は第３項記載の多点式
    温度センサー。
