Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）水切乾燥すべき半導体材料を支持するロータを内
    蔵する本体上に置かれ且つ本体内に送入される空気が通
    過する通気口を有する上蓋において、前記ロータ周囲の
    ケーシング周壁に沿って上昇する空気が再び前記ロータ
    内に入る対流を防止するため前記上蓋の前記通気口には
    本体内に成る程度挿入される環状のガイドが設けられて
    いることを特徴とする水切乾燥装置の上蓋。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の上蓋にお
    いて、前記ガイドの下部は末広状に拡開されている水切
    乾燥装置の上蓋。
  3. （３）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の上蓋にお
    いて、前記ガイドは前記上蓋の外周を含む水平面より上
    に突出し、゛前記ガイドの上縁と前記外周の間は平板で
    覆われて、その面が上蓋の表面になっている水切乾燥装
    置の上蓋。
