Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）絶縁基板と、該絶縁基板上に設けられた電極パタ
    ーンと、該電極パターンに実装された発光ダイオードチ
    ップと、該発光ダイオードチップに流れる電流を制限す
    るために抵抗ペーストの印刷により前記絶縁基板上に設
    けられた抵抗とからなることを特徴とするリードレス発
    光ダイオード。
  2. （２）前記電極パターンは、導電性ペーストの印刷によ
    り形成されることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載のリードレス発光ダイオード。
  3. （３）前記電極パターンは、少な（とも独立した３つの
    パターンよりなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第２項記載のリードレス発光ダイオード。
