Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は水タンク等の中空成形品の成形法に関し、特に
成形品の内部に補強用のリプを同時成形することを特徴
とするものである。
中空成形品は吹込成形法によって成形される。
吹込成形法は押出成形法の一種であって、押出機にリン
グダイ金偏えて、先ず筒状のパリソンを押出し、このパ
リソンが所定の長さに達したところで成形金型を合わせ
、然るのち直ちにパリソン内に空気を吹き込んでパリソ
ンが成形金型のキャビティの内壁面に接するまで膨張さ
せ、而して成形するのである。　従って吹込成形法は他
の成形法、例えば射出成形法と比べて成形コストが低く
、薄肉の成形品金得ることができる利点があるが、反面
、使用することのできる合成樹脂の種類が限定され、成
形品の肉厚が規制されて一定以上の厚みのものを得るこ
とができず、しかもその肉厚は全体がはｙ一様であって
所望の部分の肉厚を変えて補強効果を発揮させる様なこ
とはできないから、成形品は強度が比較的弱いものであ
って使用することのできる範囲が自ずから限られている
。
本発明は上記した従来の中空成形品の不具合を解消した
ものであって、中空成形品の内部に成形品を成形する際
のパリソンを押出す方向に並行してリプを同時成形する
ものでお９、これによって成形品の強度を増し、その用
途を著しく広めるものである。
以下、本発明を図示の実施例に基づいて具体的に説明す
る。　図中符号１はダイ、２は成形金型である。　これ
らは基本的には通常のこの種のものと同様であり、ダイ
１は所謂リングダイであって、環状のダイノズルが形成
されていて筒状のパリソン３を押出すと共に、パリソン
３に向けて空気噴出孔４が形成されている。
また成形金型２は成形品の外形とはｙ同形のキャビティ
を有する割型であシ、パリソン３の降下通路を挾んで左
右に開く様になっている。
そしてまた、ダイ１にはリプの押出ノズル５が形成され
ていて、パリソン３を押出すと同時にリプ６を押出す様
になっている。　　リプ６の形状や本数については成形
品の形状や要求強度に応じて適宜法められるのであるが
少なくとも成形金型の開閉方向に並行する線上に二本以
上が重複しない様にすることが肝要である。
成形するときは、常法に従ってパリソン３全押出し、同
時にリプ６を押出す、。　そしてこれが所定の長さに達
したとき、同じく常法に従って成形金型２を締め、次い
で空気肴噴出孔４より空気全噴出させてパリソン３を膨
張させ、而して中空成形品を成形する。　即ち、この様
に成形すると、成形金型内でパリソンは変形するが、リ
プは上下端を成形金型を締めることによって固定される
ので、成形によって変形せず、しかも直線状態を保つの
で、中空成形品のリプとしての機能を充分に発揮し、容
器は上下方向からの圧迫や、容器自体の上下方向への膨
張に対して強い抗力を有するものとなるのである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 中空成形品の吹込成形法において、成形用ダイから筒状
    のパリソンを押出すと共にパリソンの内部に一本又はそ
    れ以上のリプを同時に押出し、然るのち、上記パリソン
    全常法の吹込成形法によシ成形することを特徴とする中
    空成形品の成形法。
