a first switching element inserted in a circuit that supplies a gate-on current of the GTO; a second switching element inserted in a circuit that supplies a gate-off current of the GTO;
a current limiting reactor that is provided on the anode side of the GTO and generates a predetermined voltage in the winding when the main circuit current of the GTO rises after turning on the first switching element;
