Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain power from the wind mill or a water turbine by providing a plurality of blades made by plates bent into semi-circular shape. CONSTITUTION:The substantially crescent flat plate is bent into semi-circular shape to form the blade 1 having a shape like a shovel. The blade 1 is attached to a pivotal disc 5 bored with a shaft hole 6 at the center thereof. When wind collides against the blade, the wind pushes the next blade through a space in the blade of shovel-like shape and the rotation of the wind mill is accelerated. In case this device is installed in water, the device becomes capable of operating as the water turbine and power may be obtained therefrom.
