Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain simultaneously the exfoliation of insulating material of both lead wires and electric connection by placing an intermediate lead wire on a lead of a voice coil and then pressing this part by a chip displacing and vibrating. CONSTITUTION:The voice coil bobbin 1 is fitted to a winding jig 9 fixed to the revolving shaft 8 of a voice coil winding machine 7, a magnet wire 2 is wound on the bobbin 1, and both leads 2a, 2b being the beginning and end of the winding are led out unidirectionally. Then, the middle part of the intermediate lead wire 4 is placed in crossing on the leads 2a and 2b. Then, cross points 5, 5' of both leads 2a, 2b and the intermediate lead wire 4 are pressed by using the chip 10 displaying and vibrating. The chip 10 is vibrated by a vibrator 13, a metallic horn 12 and a resonance rod 11 and the pressing is attained by a pressing device 15. The insulating material of both leads is exfoliated by the vibration of the chip 10 and pressing and the conductor is connected electrically by atomic bonding. Further, the cross points 5, 5' are fixed mechanically to the bobbin 1.

Conventional voice coil lead wire attachment methods are, for example, the methods shown in FIGS. 1A, B, C, and D. A conductive wire 2 covered with an electrically insulating film is wound around the voice coil hobbin 1, and the ends 2a and 2b at the beginning and end of the winding are pulled out in one direction to peel off the electrically insulating film. This state is shown in FIG. 1A. The solder welded part 3 at the middle part of the intermediate lead wire 4 whose middle part and both ends are welded by solder is attached to both ends') - 2a,
It is placed so as to straddle the part of 2b from which the electrically insulating coating has been removed. This state is shown in FIG. 1B. Middle! J-1

Solder using a q% soldering iron. This state is shown in FIG. 1C. For soldering, apply adhesive from the second part and secure it to the voice coil hobbin L. After that,
The process is completed by cutting and removing the unnecessary parts at the ends of the leads 2a and 2b at both ends, and the unnecessary part between both receiving points of the intermediate lead wire 4. This state is shown in the first diagram.

The conventional way to attach the Riet wire to a heis coil is as follows:
If copper is used for the conductive wire 2, soldering can be done easily and reliably, but if aluminum is used for the wire, there is a danger of soldering and injury, and moreover, there is no possibility of tunneling in the soldered object. Soldering may occur, making half-B bonding unreliable and impractical.

Whisker coils that use Ano Nominium for the wires are useful for reproducing high-frequency ranges with high efficiency when incorporated into speakers, so there has been an issue with the connection and fixing method between the middle lead wires for some time. Ta.

The vibration displacement of the chip 10 is approximately 20 K l (z) by supplying an electrical signal to the input terminal 14 of the drive signal, the vibrator 13 is converted into mechanical vibration of that frequency, and this mechanical vibration is transmitted by the metal horn 12. A focused wave is applied to the resonant rod 11, causing a 1/4 wavelength wave to the chip lO attached to the source medium end of the resonant rod 1, and the vibration displacement is about 10μ. The magnitude of the pressure applied to the chip 10 is about several I (g to several tens of tatas). The vibration frequency, vibration displacement, and pressure applied to the chip 10 are

The voice coil lead wire attaching method of the present invention is compared with the conventional one by four steps (2) The process of peeling off the electrically insulating coating of the leads 2a and 2b at both ends, the process of preliminary soldering to the intermediate lead wire 4, and the soldering process. This requires processing to attach the attached part to the voice coil hobbin l, which may result in a reduction in process time. Also, the electrical connection between the end leads 2a, 2b and the intermediate lead wire 4 is made by connecting the conductive wire 2 to the intermediate lead wire 4. When the wire material is not only copper but also aluminum, it can be easily and reliably connected and fixed. Also, the intersection point can be instantly mechanically connected to the heis coil pobby/pole, so it is similar to using adhesive. (You can move on to the next step until the adhesive dries.)
Yi < has the advantage that it can be combined in an extremely short time.
