PURPOSE:To decrease the split resonance generated at high frequencies by providing a dense and thin part to a skin member in a honey-comb diaphragm where the skin member is adhered to both faces of a honey-comb shaped core member. CONSTITUTION:The skin member 2 is adhered to both faces of the core member 1 with honey-comb aluminum or synthetic resin thin plate by using an adhesives. The skin member 2 is formed with the dense part 4 and a thin part 3. The dense and thin parts are obtained by changing press pressure in the process of skin member forming. Since the internal loss is increased partially by providing the dense and thin parts in this way, the split resonance generated at high frequencies is decreased.
