Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a diaphragm having high internal loss with a light weight, by folding a plate body made of paper impregnated with viscous elastic member in zigzag, and expanding the plate in ring shape so that the one side is taken as an inner circumference and the other side is taken as an outer circumference, and bonding a surface member on both sides of the member. CONSTITUTION:The surface member 2 is bonded on both sides of a ring shaped frame member 1 to form a flat diaphragm 3, and a long rectangular shaped plate 4 made of the member 1 is folded in zigzag with an equal pitch. 圧特性上に鋭いピークを生ずることが大きな欠点になっ
ていた。fhにおける音圧ピークが大きければ大きい程
、使用可能な平坦周波数帯域が狭くなり、スピーカシス
テムの設計を困難にしていた。

fhのピークの小さい理想的なスピーカが得られるもの
である。これは、心材としての骨格部材に内部損失の大
きい紙と粘弾性材料の複合材を用いたためにfhにおけ
る制動効果が有効に作用するた′めである。また、本実
施例の心材としての骨格部材の製法は従来のノ・ニカム
材と比較して簡単なため低コストで高性能なスピーカ用
振動板を作成することができる利点を有するものである

弾性材料は構造的にジグザグ形状の折曲した骨格部材に
含浸される関係で1hの低下なくそのピークのみを低減
することができる利点を有するものである。
