星歯車装置のリングギヤに連結される出力軸とを備え、
前記ロックアツプクラッチを前記トルクコンバータの入
力軸側に配設して、該ロック７・ ツブクラッチと前
記トルクコンバータと、前記遊星歯車装置のクラッチ群
及び遊星歯車群とを、同軸上に設ける前記第１伝動軸と
第２伝動軸との軸方向にそれぞれ直列状に配設する一方
