、前記カウンタ軸の回転動力を前輪車軸へ伝達する差動
歯車装置と、前記出力軸に同軸に設けられ後輪車軸へ回
転動力を伝達する後輪車軸駆動軸と、前記出力軸と前記
後輪車軸駆動軸とを選択的に駆動連結するクラッチとを
