Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit access to a file in which time band data are set up and to secure the secret of the file on the center side, by comparing and discriminating the time band data in a table with the time of a clock counter. CONSTITUTION:If an access request is generated from a console unit 3 to a file at a time, t15 e.g., a discriminating part 4 receives said request and searches a time band including time T (time t15) indicated by a timer 7 out of the column t of a table 5.
