Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）自動車のパーキングブレーキを運転者の専用操作
    によりセットし、発車時に自動解除する自動車用パーキ
    ングブレーキ自動解除装置において、 前記パーキングブレーキの解除用ノブを解除方向にのみ
    操作するワンウェイ機能を持つ解除ノフ操作機構と、 直流モータを動力源とし、この直流モータの回転トルク
    を増幅するギアボックスと、このギアボックスの回転運
    動を直線運動に変換して前記解除ノブ操作機構を直線駆
    動する変換機構と、 この自動車の発車操作を検出して前記直流モータへの通
    電を制御するモータ制御機構とを備える ことを特徴とする自動車用パーキングブレーキ自動解除
    装置。
  2. （２）前記モータ制御機構において、前記解除ノブ操作
    機構の停止位置を自動制御する位置検出手段を設けたこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の自
    動車用パーキングブレーキ自動解除装置。
  3. （３）　　前記ギアボックスと変換機構と解除ノブ操作
    機構とモータ制御機構とを一体化構造にしたことを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の自動車用パ
    ーキングブレーキ自動解除装置。
