媒回路を有する冷暖房装置において、対空気形の利用側
コイル3を通る空気流路中に補助コイル12を並設して
、その一方の接続端は減圧機構13を介して、前記利用
側コイル3の冷房時に低圧入口側、暖房時に高圧出口側
となる端部に連絡してなる液管10に分岐接続すると共
に、他方の接続端は前記四路切換弁2と熱源側コイル6
とを接続するガス管11に分岐接続し、さらに前記減圧
機構13と補助コイル12との直列回路に、冷媒の流通
を行わせあるいはしゃ断させる開閉弁14を設けたこと
