設けらたれた第１開閉弁と、前記冷房用サイクルにおけ
る減圧装置の冷媒導出側に設けられた第２開閉弁と、前
記暖房用サイクルにおける冷媒加熱器め冷媒導入側に設
けられた第３開閉弁と、前記暖房用サイクルにおける四
方弁の冷媒導出側に設けられた第４−゛ 開閉弁と、
冷房運転時、前記冷房用圧縮機を運転するとともに前記
第１および第２開閉弁を開放し、′且つ第３および第４
開閉弁を閉成する手段と、暖房運転時、前記暖房用圧縮
機および冷媒加熱器を・ 運転するとともに前
記第１および第２開閉弁を閉成し且つ第３および第４開
閉弁を開放する手段と、冷房運転から暖房運転への切換
時、その暖房運転の開始前に一定時間だけ前記第１開閉
弁を開放するとともに前記冷房用圧縮機を運転する手段
と、暖房運転から冷房運転への切換時、その冷房運転の
