A spinneret, in which a large number of spinneret plates each having a large number of fine spinning holes are fitted and fixed in a spinneret boulder, has the advantage of dispersing the spinning force applied to each spinneret plate. The force is small, so even if the spinneret plate is thin, there is little deformation due to the required spinning pressure. Furthermore, since the plate thickness can be reduced, for example, when the cap material is made of expensive noble metal, the weight can be reduced, resulting in an inexpensive cap. Furthermore, since there is sufficient space between each spinneret plate fitted and fixed in the spinneret holder, the processing liquid can be spread evenly, unlike the conventional large spinneret plate with many spinning holes. Since it is fully wetted with the undiluted solution, it has the advantage that uncoagulated threads are less likely to stick together.

ところで、従来の紡糸口金は、第1図に示す如く多数の

By the way, in a conventional spinneret, as shown in FIG. 1, a spinneret plate 2 having a large number of spinning holes 1 is fitted into a large-diameter screw hole 4 deeply drilled in a spinneret holder 3 and locked into a through hole 5. Then, a screw 7 having an introduction hole 6 is screwed into the tapped hole 4 to hold and fix it.

In the spinneret 8 having such a configuration, since the spinning surface 2a of the spinneret plate 2 protrudes from the tip end surface of the spinneret holder 3, the spinning surface 2a may be scratched or scratched during spinning operations or when the spinneret 8 is handled. If such damage occurs, the opening shape of the spinning hole 1 may be deformed, or the spinning hole 1 may be closed, rendering it unable to function as a spinneret.

For this reason, conventionally, a spinneret 8' has been considered in which the spinning surface 2a of the spinneret plate 2 is retracted into the through hole 5 of the spinneret holder 3, as shown in Part 2; Since the reaction range between the stock solution and the treatment 1ik (acid solution) on the spinning solution side becomes local (limited range), the concentration of the treatment solution decreases abnormally and the temperature of the treatment/& water increases, resulting in a stable condition. It was impossible to produce high quality yarn.

The present invention solves this problem! +ff is designed to erase the spinning surface of the spinneret plate to prevent damage such as scratches or scratches during spinning operations or when handling 10-karat gold yarn, and to ensure that the spinning stock solution is stable with the processing solution. It is an object of the present invention to provide a spinneret which facilitates the occurrence of such reactions and which enables stable and high quality yarn to be produced.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the spinneret according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 3. Five spinneret plates 2 having a large number of spinning holes 1 are bored at equal intervals on the tip θ114 surface of a cylindrical spinneret hole 3'. It penetrates through the through hole 5' and is locked and fixed, and a stock solution introduction cylinder 10 is screwed into the mouthpiece holder 3' with a seal metal 11 interposed therebetween. On the outside of the tip of the 10-karat gold holder 3', a large diameter circular hole 12 is bored at a position corresponding to the spinneret plate 2, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, a temporary spinning protection cover 14 having a hole therein is provided in a removable manner. This spinning temporary protection cover 14
The material may be metal, plastic, hakelite, etc.

Since the spinneret of the present invention is configured as described above,
The spinning surface 2a of the spinneret plate 2 is protected by the protective cover 14, and damage such as bumps and abrasions does not occur when handling the spinneret during spinning operations. Further, a circular hole 12 with a larger diameter than that of the spinneret plate 2 is bored in the tip face of the protective cover 14, and horizontal long holes 13 are bored in the four sides of the tip of the side body. During spinning, the stock solution is introduced into the stock solution introduction tube 10, enters the spinneret plate 2 held by the spinneret holter ~3', and is spun from the spinning hole 1 on the tip surface, as shown by the arrow ( Protective cover 1 from the long hole 13
4 and the processing liquid flowing out from the circular hole 12 sufficiently and stably to solidify, so that the concentration of the processing liquid does not drop abnormally and the temperature of the processing liquid remains constant. It is possible to obtain stable and high-quality yarn without causing localized high-quality yarn. Furthermore, since the protective cover 14 is attached to the outer periphery of the leading end 1!1j of the spinneret bolt 3', the spinneret plate 2 can be sufficiently protruded, and therefore the spinneret holder 3' can be made thin to the extent that there is no problem in terms of pressure resistance. It has excellent effects such as ease of handling.
