る等の特長を有する。 A spinneret consists of a large number of spinneret plates each having a large number of fine spinning holes that are fitted and fixed into a spinneret holder.
Because the spinning force applied to each spinneret plate is dispersed,
The spinning force for one spinneret plate is small, so even if the spinneret plate is thin, there is little deformation due to the required spinning pressure. Furthermore, since the plate thickness can be reduced, for example, when the cap material is made of expensive noble metal, the weight can be reduced, resulting in an inexpensive cap. Furthermore, since there is sufficient space between each spinneret plate fitted and fixed in the spinneret holder, the processing liquid can be spread evenly, unlike the conventional large spinneret plate with many spinning holes. Because it gets wet enough with the undiluted solution,
It has the advantage that uncoagulated threads are less likely to stick together.

A screw 7 having an introduction hole 6 is screwed into the upper screw hole 4 to hold and fix it.

のとなる。 In the spinneret 8 having such a configuration, since the spinning surface 2a of the spinneret plate 2 protrudes from the tip end surface of the spinneret holder 3, the spinning surface 2a may be scratched or scratched during spinning operations or when the spinneret 8 is handled. If such damage occurs, the opening shape of the spinning hole 1 may be deformed, or the spinning hole 1 may be closed, rendering it unable to function as a spinneret.

In this case, the reaction range between the spinning stock solution and the processing solution (acid solution) on the spinning solution side is local (limited range).
As a result, the concentration of the treatment liquid was abnormally lowered and the temperature of the treatment liquid was increased, making it impossible to obtain yarn of stable quality.

提供せんとするものである。 The present invention was made to solve this problem, and it prevents the spinning surface of the spinneret plate from being damaged by scratches, scratches, etc. during spinning operations or when handling the spinneret, and also prevents the spinning surface of the spinneret plate from being damaged by scratches or abrasions during spinning operations or when handling the spinneret. It is an object of the present invention to provide a spinneret in which a stable reaction with a processing solution can easily occur and a stable and high-quality yarn can be obtained.

Five spinneret plates 2 having a large number of spinning holes 1 are bored at equal intervals on the tip surface of a cylindrical spinneret holder 3'. The stock solution introduction cylinder 10 is inserted into the cap holder 3' and is locked and fixed through the through hole 5'.
are screwed together with a seal metal 11 interposed therebetween.
On the outside of the tip of the spinneret holder 3', a large diameter circular hole 12 is bored at a position corresponding to the spinneret plate 2, as shown in FIG. A perforated spinning plate protection cover 14 is removably provided as shown in FIG. The material of the spinning plate protective cover 14 may be metal, plastic, Bakelite, or the like.

がある。 Since the spinneret of the present invention is configured as described above, the spinning surface 2a of the spinneret plate 2 is protected by the protective cover 14, thereby preventing damage such as scratches and abrasions during spinning operations or handling of the spinneret. It never occurs. In addition, a spinneret plate 2 is attached to the tip surface of the protective cover 14.
A circular hole 12 with a larger diameter is drilled to correspond to the diameter, and horizontal long holes 13 are drilled on all sides of the tip of the side body, so that the stock solution is introduced into the tube 10 during spinning, and the spinneret holder Spinneret plate 2 held at 3'
A process in which the stock solution that enters the inside and is spun through the spinning hole 1 on the tip surface is dragged by the flow and continuously flows into the protective cover 14 from the long hole 13 as shown by the arrow, and flows out from the circular hole 12. Because it reacts sufficiently and stably with the liquid and coagulates, the concentration of the processing liquid does not drop abnormally, and the temperature of the processing liquid does not locally rise, resulting in stable and high quality. You can get thread. Furthermore, protective cover 1
4 is attached to the outer periphery of the tip of the spinneret holder 3', the spinneret plate 2 can be sufficiently protruded, and therefore the spinneret holder 3' can be made thin to the extent that there is no problem in terms of pressure resistance, making it easy to handle, etc. It has excellent effects.
