等の特長を有する。 A spinneret is made up of a large number of spinneret plates each having a large number of fine spinning holes that are fitted and fixed into a spinneret holder.
Because the spinning pressure applied to each spinneret plate is distributed,
The spinning force for one spinneret plate is small, so even if the spinneret plate is thin, there is little deformation due to the required spinning pressure. Furthermore, since the plate thickness can be reduced, for example, when the cap material is made of expensive noble metal, the weight can be reduced, resulting in an inexpensive cap. Furthermore, since there is sufficient space between each spinneret plate fitted and fixed in the spinneret holder, the processing liquid can be spread evenly, unlike the conventional large spinneret plate with many spinning holes. Because it gets wet enough with the undiluted solution,
It has the advantage that uncoagulated threads are less likely to stick together.

A screw 7 having an introduction hole 6 is screwed into the upper screw hole 4 to hold and fix it.

If such damage occurs, the opening shape of the spinning hole 1 will be deformed or the spinning hole 1 will be closed, and the spinning hole 1 will no longer function as a spinneret.

A spinneret 8' having a configuration in which the spinning surface 2a of the spinneret is retracted into the through hole 5 of the spinneret holder 3 was also considered.
In this case, the reaction range between the spinning stock solution and the processing solution (acid solution) on the spinning solution side is local (limited range).
As a result, the concentration of the treatment liquid was abnormally lowered and the temperature of the treatment liquid was increased, making it impossible to obtain yarn of stable quality.

提供せんとするものである。 The present invention was made to solve this problem, and it prevents the spinning surface of the spinneret plate from being damaged by scratches, scratches, etc. during spinning operations or when handling the spinneret, and also prevents the spinning surface of the spinneret plate from being damaged by scratches or abrasions during spinning operations or when handling the spinneret. It is an object of the present invention to provide a spinneret in which a stable reaction with a processing solution can easily occur and a stable and high-quality yarn can be obtained.

To explain with reference to Fig. 4, a spinneret plate 2 having a large number of spinning holes 1 is fitted and locked into a through hole 5 with six large-diameter screw holes 4 deeply bored at equal intervals in a spinneret holder 3'. A screw 7 having an introduction hole 6 is screwed into the upper screw hole 4 to hold and fix the spinneret plate 2 to the spinneret holder 3'. A surrounding wall 9 is integrally provided on the periphery of the proximal end surface (upper surface in the figure) of the cap holder 3', and a stock solution introduction tube 11 is screwed onto this surrounding wall 9. Tip surface of cap holder 3' (lower surface in the figure)
An annular ring 12 protruding from the spinning surface 2a of the spinneret plate 2 is provided on the periphery. However, from the side body part 3'a of this spinneret holder 3' to the center end surface 3'b adjacent to each spinneret plate 2, there are a plurality of pieces.
In this example, five through passages 13 for processing liquid distribution are bored.

得ることができる等の優れた効果がある。 As detailed above, in the spinneret of the present invention, the spinning surface 2 of the spinneret 2 is attached to the periphery of the tip surface of the spinneret holder 3'.
Since the annular ring 12 that can protrude from the spinneret plate 2 is provided, the spinning surface 2a of the spinneret plate 2 will not be damaged, such as scratches or abrasions, during spinning operations or when handling the spinneret. Further, the space around the spinning surface 2a of the spinneret plate 2 is significantly expanded compared to the conventional spinneret shown in FIG. Since a plurality of processing liquid distribution passages 13 are provided over the tip surface 3'b, the stock solution introduction tube 1 during spinning is
The stock solution introduced into the spinneret plate 2 held by the spinneret holder 3 and spun from the spinning hole 1 on the tip face continuously passes through the through passage 13 and enters the side body 3 of the spinneret holder 3. Since the treatment liquid flowing out from 'a to the center tip surface 3'b reacts sufficiently and stably and solidifies, the concentration of the treatment liquid does not drop abnormally, and the concentration of the treatment liquid does not locally decrease. It has excellent effects such as being able to obtain stable yarn of good quality without increasing the cost.
