Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. トランジスタのベースに流れる電流を制御して該トラン
    ジスタの導通不導通を制御するトランジスタスイッチに
    おいて、上記トランジスタのベース電流に対して順方向
    になる向きに第１のダイオードの一端を上記トランジス
    タのベースに接続し、該第１のダイオードの他端にその
    極性が同じになるように第２のダイオードを接続し、該
    第２のダイオードの他端を上記トランジスタのコレクタ
    に接続したことを特徴とするトランジスタスイッチ。
