一致検出回路とから成り、 上記キーロックフリップフロップから出力されるキーロ
ック信号にてキーボードから処理装置へのキー信号を遮
断すると共に、該フリップフロップは上記−数構出回路
からの一致信号或いは電源投入時に得られる電源投入信
号にてリセットされキーロック信号を消滅させる事を特
