Dried seaweed seasonings are broadly divided into liquid seasonings such as soy sauce and edible oil, and powdered seasonings such as salt and various chemical seasonings. Among these, it is relatively easy to uniformly apply liquid seasonings to dried seaweed to season it, but it is extremely difficult to uniformly sprinkle powdered seasonings on dry seaweed. In other words, sprinkling too much powdered seasoning on dried nori will not only increase costs, but also make it taste too strong to be edible. It is technically quite difficult to sprinkle a small amount of powdered seasoning evenly and efficiently on the surface of a large piece of dried seaweed.

Reference numeral 9 denotes a rod-shaped frame disposed along the front surface of the storage tank 3, and a plurality of hook-shaped scraping rods 10 are attached to the frame 9 at equal intervals. The tips of the two are fitted into each of the narrow grooves 8, respectively. The scraping rod 10 is used to scrape out the powdered seasoning a that has entered and adhered to the narrow grooves 8 from the narrow grooves 8 as the roll 5 rotates. The first piece is a sieve, which is placed directly under the roll 5. One end 11a of the sieve 11 is slidably placed on the frame 12, and the sieve 11
The other end 11'b of 1 is supported by a drive '1lJj, 13. The drive plate 13 is an L-shaped plate, and its bent portion is pivoted to the frame 40 by a pin 14, and its lower surface is in contact with an eccentric cam 15, so that it is rotated by a motor (not shown) of the cam 15. Accordingly, the drive plate 13 reciprocates around the pin 14, and the sieve 11 also reciprocates in the left-right direction, thereby sieving the seasoning a that has fallen from the roll 5 further downward onto the dried seaweed 2 that is being conveyed. It is designed to fall.

The rotation of the motor (not shown) is controlled by Cheno 35 and sprocket 3.
4 to the rotating shaft 6, and the rotation of the rotating shaft 6 causes the roll 5 and the mold wheel 33 to rotate. When the claw part 33 rotates and the claw part 33a hits the roller 32, the roller 32 is pushed up to the height of the claw part 33a, and the rotation &30 connected to the roller 32 moves the counterclockwise hand around the pin 3. direction (see the chain line in Figure 3). By rotating the rotating temporary 30,
The connecting rod 29 is pushed upward, and the engagement plate 28 rotates around the pin 39 like a pendulum in a clock. Therefore, the drive rod 25 moves to the right in FIG. 2, and each locking rod 23 rotates in the counterclockwise direction around the pin 22 (see the chain line in FIG. 3). At this time, the tip of each scraping body 24 slides while lightly caressing the circumferential surface of the roll 4 in the axial direction, so that the powdered seasoning 4''Ia in the storage tank 3 is removed.
It is scraped into Kinumemura 8 by the scraper body 24 (
(See No. 41-1). Further, when the roller 32 disengages from the claw portion 33a and descends to the solid line position in FIG. 3, the drive rod 25 is urged by the spring 36 and moves to the left in the opposite direction. The shape xrg and taste type a are pushed into each of the narrow grooves 8 by the inserter body 24. In other words, although it is difficult for the powdered seasoning a to enter the narrow grooves 8 tightly, the reciprocating motion of the receptacle 24 as described above ensures that the powdered seasoning a is drawn into each of the narrow grooves 8. In addition, by reciprocatingly sliding the receptacle 24 on the outer circumferential surface of the roll 5, it is possible to prevent the narrow grooves 8 from clogging, and also to prevent the amount of seasoning a that enters the narrow grooves 8 from becoming inconsistent.

Now, the amount of seasoning a scraped into each narrow groove 8 is 10 - 5
With the rotation of , it rotates downward in the storage tank 3, and the narrow grooves 8 are scraped out by the scraping rods 8 and fall into the sieve 11 (#11α in FIG. 5). In other words, once the seasoning a has entered the narrow groove 8, it is difficult to fall from the narrow groove 8 due to its sticking force, or by providing the scooping rod 8 in this way, it can be surely removed from the narrow groove 8. It is scraped out. The seasoning a that has fallen onto the sieve 11 is sprinkled onto the dried seaweed 2 that is being conveyed below by the above-mentioned reciprocating vibrations of the sieve 11. This sieve 11 is used to uniformly sprinkle the seasoning a onto the dried seaweed 2 without dispersing it. The dried seaweed 2 thus seasoned with seasoning a is sent to the next process by the conveyor 1. In addition, if you apply a liquid seasoning such as edible oil in advance before sprinkling powdered w1tsumi N''la on the dried seaweed 2 as described above,
Powdered i'J,'a taste is very easy to combine with dry iσ moss 2).

By the way, the amount of seasoning (a) to be sprinkled is determined by the number and number of grooves 8 and the rotation speed of the roll 5, so when using the same roll 5, changing the rotation speed of the roll 5 , desired amount of H+rH taste, l”la
Therefore, by forming the narrow grooves 8 and reducing the rotational speed of the roll 5, a very small amount of powdered 31''d flavor a can be sprinkled onto the dried seaweed 2. It can be applied evenly over the entire surface and stably for a long period of time.

As explained in the above theory, the moisturizer according to the present invention is provided with a storage tank 3 for powdered mrll flavoring agent a above the dry seaweed conveyance path l, and an I ink tank at the bottom of the storage tank 3. 1. A roll 5 is formed with a narrow groove 8 along the circumferential direction below the opening 4, and the outer circumferential surface of the roll 5 is formed with an opening 4.
Since the roll 5 is rotatably disposed in contact with the roll 5 and is further provided with a drive section 34 for the roll 5, a very small amount of the powdered seasoning a can be uniformly sprinkled over the entire surface of the dried seaweed 2.
