ノズル孔4a,4bが貫設されており、また先端
部外周側に互に噛み合う平歯車10,10が一体
形成されている(第4図a参照)。なお口金4の
外周面に環状溝11が形成され、これに口金受け
3側から抜け止めピン12が係合されている。

ーム23に昇降自在に支持されると共に、常に搬
送ベルト5上方の設定された高さに復元待機する
よう、支持フレーム23に設けたスライド軸受2
4をばね25で受け、該軸受24にて昇降杆21
の両端部が支持され、しかもこの昇降杆21の一
端側もしくは両端部にカムフオロー26が設けら
れ、このカムフオロー26にカム27が対向して
いる。このカム27は昇降杆の上方位置で支持フ
レーム23に軸支されたカム軸28に固定され、
該軸の一端もしくは両端に設けたスプロケツトを
介して前記口金4の駆動手段と同調して、あるい
は独立して駆動するようになつている。

示すよう3個のノズル孔4a,4b,4cを設け
たものからは3重撚りのかかつた食品が、更には
第4図cに示すように回転中心O上にもノズル孔
4dを設けたものからは第6図cに示すように中
味(具)の入つた3重撚りの撚り状食品が得られ
る。更にまた前記無段変速機19によつて口金4
の回転速度を変えることによつて燃りピツチの長
いもの、短いものなど趣向に合わせた撚り状食品
を得ることができる。
