The conventional 'j@Nurage Base is made by adding 10 to 20% rice bran to sawdust, but it has poor air permeability and is expensive in material cost. There is an example of turning whole wood with bark into sawdust and using it for cultivating enoki (Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 48-32634). There were drawbacks.

In view of this, the present invention has developed a method for treating sewage sludge, livestock waste, etc.
An inexpensive, high-quality mushroom culture medium that is made by blending park compost made using organic materials into a mushroom culture medium, has good susceptibility, is rich in various nutrients such as crab phosphorus, and speeds up the harvest of mushrooms. The purpose of this product is to combine park compost, which is produced by aerobically fermenting a mixture of organic waste such as sewage sludge and livestock waste, and bark as a culture medium component, to speed up the harvest of mushrooms. A summary of what was done.

以下本発明を実施例に基づいて説明する。The present invention will be explained below based on examples.

Sewage sludge, livestock waste, etc. collected from sewage treatment plants, etc. are mixed with other low water content organic matter as necessary, and the air permeability and moisture content are adjusted to achieve the desired aerobic release. Manufacture. The manufacturing process of this compost will be based on conventional methods. When producing compost mainly from sewage sludge and livestock waste, bark (park) is mixed with this organic waste in the desired ratio and aerobic fermentation is carried out.The properties of the bark change and mushrooms grow. Resin components that inhibit cultivation are volatilized, and the compost has good air permeability and water retention, and is modified to have a structure that is easy for mushrooms to use. The product fermented in this way is called park compost.

Example (2) Shiitake mushrooms were grown using a mixture of sawdust and park compost in extremely high proportions as a culture medium, and the cultivation period of shiitake mushrooms was compared as shown in the following table. The amount of culture medium (dry matter) produced by Shiitake mushrooms is the highest, and the proportion of compost mixed in is higher.
The cultivation period has become shorter.

Example (3) Using the culture medium (E) in which 10% rice bran gold was added to sawdust as a control, the culture medium (E) containing sawdust and rice bran was added to the culture medium (G
), we investigated the amount of Shiitake mushrooms generated and the cultivation period, and as shown in the table below, the amount of Shiitake mushrooms is F≦E (in the order of , G). It was found that the amount of rice bran that dominates the production of rice can be reduced or even eliminated. Also, the cultivation period was significantly shortened by using the rice bran.

Normally, mushrooms cannot grow by directly using the bark of wood. The reason for this is that the physical and chemical properties of the bark are difficult for mushrooms to decompose, and the resin contained in the bark is an inhibitory component. However, by turning this bark into a fungus, its physical and chemical structure changes, and the resin component evaporates, making it usable by mushrooms. Furthermore, the bark can be made from any tree species or external wood.

The composted bark initially improves the aeration of the medium, encouraging the growth of mushroom mycelium, and later becomes a carbon source for mushroom growth. When composted, water retention increases and there is no need to worry about the medium drying out. The nutritional components contained in park compost shorten the cultivation period for mushrooms and reduce the amount of rice bran used, which accounts for a large portion of material costs. Both are inexpensive materials that can be used effectively, including tree bark and waste materials (sewage sludge, livestock manure, etc.), both of which have little utility.

The present invention has a number of advantages, such as that the lignin contained in the bark (park) and sawdust of the culture medium after mushroom cultivation is decomposed by the mushrooms, making it an excellent soil improvement material.

The above park compost can also be used for saprophytic mushrooms that are not wood-decaying fungi, such as pine mushrooms, but in this case, it is necessary to prepare the culture medium so that the nitrogen concentration is 2% or more.
