Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate an oilcan, to prevent deformation and twisting and to improve the design of a titled panel by forming projecting bars on both sides of a metallic hoop material and embossing uneven pattern between the bars. CONSTITUTION:The tip of a metallic hoop 1 is supplied to a projecting bar forming roll through a pinch roller and parallel projecting bars 5 are formed on both sides. At this time, the height h1, with DELTAW differ according to the depth of uneven pattern 10 and the width W between the bars roughly corresponds to the dressing face 11. The projecting bars 5 suppress the appearance of residual stress generated when the uneven pattern is made by embossing on the dressing face 11, and prevent spreading of deformation and twisting to other face. Then, the metallic hoop 1 on which projecting bars are formed is supplied to an embossing roll and an uneven pattern is made between the bars 5. Then, this metallic hoop 1 is supplied to a forming machine using the projecting bars as a guide and a decorative panel of projected sectional form having the projecting bars on both ends of the dressing face is formed.

In general, decorative panels, which are building materials made of metal plates, have flat decorative surfaces, lack a three-dimensional effect, and are said to be cold. Therefore, there are many decorative panels in which these problems have been improved by applying an arbitrary uneven pattern to the decorative surface by utilizing the plasticity of the metal. However, with this type of decorative flannel, residual stress during embossing not only appears directly on the decorative surface, but also causes deformation such as twisting and bending of the entire body, greatly reducing the original three-dimensional effect and design. There were drawbacks to be reduced.

Furthermore, when embossing is applied to the entire metal hoop material, in addition to the above-mentioned twisting and oil canning, the uneven pattern on the side edge of the decorative surface may become more deformed due to the bending process than other parts. There was a drawback that the height was reduced, resulting in an appearance in which the three-dimensional appearance of the side edges was reduced compared to the central portion.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention divides the area of the decorative surface of a decorative panel in a flat state with protrusions, and uses the protrusions to prevent oil can from occurring when the decorative surface is embossed. To provide a method for manufacturing a decorative panel, which prevents the spread of defects to other surfaces, and also prevents deterioration of the three-dimensional effect of the guide during molding of the decorative panel and the pattern on the edge of the decorative surface.

FIG. 1 is a schematic side view showing an apparatus for implementing the above method. 1 is a metal hoop material, for example, a surface-treated steel plate, an aluminum plate, or a copper plate wound into a coil shape, and the width is 1000 mm, 914 mm, or 914/n
(depending on the number of divisions), etc. 2 is an uncoiler for mounting the metal hoop material 1, and 3 is a pinch roller that serves to always guide the metal hoop material 1 under constant tension and within a predetermined range. Reference numeral 4 denotes a ridge forming roll for forming two parallel ridges 5 on the side ends of the metal hoop material 1. That is, the protrusion forming rolls 4 form portions that will become both side edges of the decorative surface when the metal hoop material 1 is formed into a decorative panel. Reference numeral 9 denotes an embossing roll which is used to form an arbitrary uneven pattern between the protrusions 5 by meshing male and female rolls 7 and 8. 9 is a decorative panel A by continuously forming a metal hoop material into a vertical cross-sectional shape using a forming machine. Therefore, an embodiment will be explained using FIG. 1 and FIG. 2. Now, as shown in Fig. 2(a), a colored steel plate (coil 0.27 mm thick and 500 meters long) with a width of 457 m is attached to the uncoiler 2, and its tip is guided to the pinch roller 3. . Next, the tip of the metal hoop material 1 is fed to a protrusion forming roll 4 to form parallel protrusions 5 on both side ends as shown in FIG. varies depending on the depth of the uneven pattern 10 as shown in FIG. 2(c). Also, the width W between the protrusions 5
almost corresponds to the decorative surface 11. Furthermore, the protrusions 5 mainly serve as a guide for the embossing range when the uneven pattern is applied to the decorative surface 11 by embossing, and suppress residual stress generated during embossing from clearly appearing on the decorative surface 11. The spring effect of the protrusions 5 and the reinforcing structure prevent deformation and torsion caused by residual stress from spreading to other surfaces. Of course, the uneven pattern 10 on the side edge of the decorative surface 11
It is also useful for reducing the three-dimensional effect and preventing foreign patterns from being elongated by bending or deformed by compression. Next, the metal hoop material IS is supplied to the embossing roll 6 on which the protrusions 5 have been formed, and an uneven pattern 10 having a pattern as shown in FIG. 2 fc+, for example, is applied between the protrusions 5. In order to reduce oil can, it is preferable that the uneven pattern be distributed at an average ratio. This metal hoop material 1 is supplied to a molding machine 9 using the ridges 5 as a guide, and is molded into a decorative panel A having a cross section shown in FIG. 2(d).

What has been explained above is that the decorative flannel according to the present invention is a decorative flannel in which the lower edge of the side surface is bent inward. Figure c+ shows a decorative panel with outwardly sloping side surfaces (Kune/L), Figure (d) shows a decorative panel with a stepped side edge of the decorative surface, (8), and F.
Figure f1 shows a decorative panel with a horizontal structure.

As described above, according to the method for manufacturing a decorative panel according to the present invention, the metal hoop material is supplied to the next process under constant tension with a pinch roller, and protrusions are formed on both side edges of the area that will become the decorative surface. , it has the feature that it can reliably guide the embossing process without deformation such as bending.

Furthermore, since the protrusions reliably guide the embossing range during the embossing process, they have the feature of forming a predetermined uneven pattern in the area that will become the decorative surface. Furthermore, the protrusions prevent the residual stress caused by the uneven pattern on the decorative surface from spreading to other surfaces, and the reinforcement structure and spring effect actually reduce the appearance of oil can from the decorative surface. Although the principle is unknown, it has a characteristic of having an erased appearance. In addition, since the protrusions that prevent residual stress from spreading to other surfaces are formed and then embossed, and then formed into a ``''-shaped cross section, the decorative panel does not twist, bend, warp, or bulge. It has the characteristic that it can be made into a decorative panel having a surface. Furthermore, since the protrusions are formed in an upright shape after being formed, a panel having a decorative surface with a beautiful appearance can be manufactured without any collapse, deformation, or elongation of the uneven pattern near the edge of the decorative surface side.
