流のレファレンスレベル信号Ａに変換スるレファレンス
検波回路と、前記被測定高周波信号をその入力周波数に
応じたレベルの直流の周波数応答レベル信号Ｂに変換す
る周波数・レベル変換回路と、前記レファレンスレベル
信号Ａと前記周波数応答レベル信号Ｂとを入力周波数を
示す比（Ｂ／Ａ）の信号を得る除算器とを具備し、前記
レファレンス検波回路は前記被測定高周波信号を検波す
る検波器を備えて構成され、前記周波数・レベル変換回
路は出力レベルが入力周波数に応じて単調変化する変換
手段とその出力を検波する検波器とを備えてて構成され
